时光飞逝，转眼间孩子们升入了三年级。在新学期里，孩子们将全新的接触一门新学科----英语。作为教师，我首先将孩子们的学习兴趣放在了第一位，对照本周的英语教学工作，我主要做了以下几个方面：

一、上好第一节英语课。

在开学第一节课上，我从兴趣、自信心、思想等方面入手，对孩子进行思想教育。让他们从思想上重视英语学习。再者，结合平常的英语学习，给孩子们提出了几点建议，像在家要多听、多读、多说等。

二、课堂教学以兴趣为主

 如何激发孩子们的学习兴趣，我主要做了以下两方面的工作：首先是注重课堂活动的多样性。在针对单词、句型的操练上我采用多种方式相互交换的形式，激发孩子们的学习热情，减少他们的疲劳度。如：男女生练读、分小组练读、个体读、全体读、师生对话、生生对话、小老师对话、声音的高低、速度的快慢等方式。再者，采用了激励机
