今天，公司发布了任命，标志着我从进公司就开始为之努力的项目现在结束了。整整四年啦~ 同时我所在的项目组的领导可能会由某位软件同事担任。在这里，我只能说，对于现在的公司，付出不一定会有回报，好人不一定会有好的结果。

用一个词：尘埃落定。 对于我来说，无所谓。本是浮沉中一分子，飘到哪里还不都是工作。

也差不多啦，该是时候亮亮了，要不然就生锈了。

     转眼间一不小心就毕业三年了，回头看看自己走过的岁月，曾茫然过，曾快乐过，曾满腔热情过，曾失落过。。。
     今年最大的收获是一个词“社会”，曾经以为只要把自己的部分做好就行，但是现实常常不是这样的。这三年一路走过来，见过虚伪，真诚，可爱，天真。这三年走过来，收获了一大堆与工作有关的实践经验；这三年走过来，有几个好朋友一直陪伴着我，谢谢你们：P,Z,F。
     今年6月份，俺的心情真的很低落，被老大屌的不行啦。我发挥我的聪明才智，甚至利用加班来

Yesterday, I talked with my management about the salary. He told me if you want to more, you must become the manager in this company. If you have the site, you can rise a lot of salary. And you have high level you can get more pay.

But, I think it is boom shut. I do my best to do the job, and do the better than the people who has worked more than 3,4 years. So, I want to get the pay, more than the same level. Because the world is the economic society.  If you have ability, you can get more pay. If not, it is unfair.

I am not convinced, I will use my way to let the world know me.

It is necessity to leave the XX company, but now I would also like to spend two months to study the system of things, XX company, it is the time to say Bey-Bey.

The 21st  century what the most important, talent.
