Wake up! Wake up with me, in the Cambodian moist air. It’s a place where you can forget that time even exists. To a point, we both couldn’t remember what day it was. When everything is so easy, time flies by quicker.

It was our first vacation together, right after we settled down in Guangzhou on the 24^th of March. On the 22^nd, I released the earnings of 2011 for my former employer, putting a nice period on my previous one year and 2 months employment. I started with the 10K annual report, and finished with 10K the annual report. A nice closure, I shall say. What I really needed after a full year of intense work, was a relaxing vacation, so we decided to go to Cambodia, a place I always wanted to go, but never really got a chance. 一个好的面试官，会在事前对你的简历已经做了一番研究。如果是猎头介绍的candidate,猎头可能已经把你吹嘘了一番。所以，一定make sure你的简历信息是准确无误的。

当遇到不同类型的面试官时，自然应该用不同的态度来应对。

例如，遇到stress interview, 面试官会用各种刁难人的问题来看你应对stress的反应。请始终保持微笑，但是一定要坚持原则。我的经验就是，再高压的面试，他们真是的目的一是看你对强势和紧张局面的控制能力，一是看你判断原则底线的能力。这么多次的面试下来，基本对紧张的局面麻痹了。原则底线，很多时候是在生活中潜移默化形成的，不是一时半会儿能纠正的。所以，当你处于一个对原则性的要求比较高的职位，例如，财务，质检，审计，法律等等，本身具有一定的个性，和职业培训的专业性是非常重要的。

又例如，遇到不擅长面试的面试官，那就靠自己把想要表达的内容一环一环的套出来。让他觉得你的经验在他们的公司能得到使用，甚至可以打开新的局面，解决现存的问题。这类的面试官，很可能不太会问比较深入的问题，要不就是针对一个问题太过深入的盘问。这样都不能给你机会展示你的
