What's your name? 教学设计和反思

Practice of Module 2 Unit 1     What’s your name?  

教学目标:1. use and practice the dialogue

2. sing the song “What’s your name”

重点: ask others’ names

难点:the pronounciation of “name”

教学准备:word cards, sentence cards, ppt, CD

教学过程:

IWarm up

1. Greetings

 Hello./ Hi. I’m …

How are you?

2. sing the song “Hello hello”

3. ask Ss to sit properly and lead in the song “What’s your name”

II. Revision

1. play the song one time, Ss listen and watch

2. T: What can you hear from the song?(explain in Chinese)

   Ss: Hello./ What’s your name?/ My name is …

3. show the sentence cards, and Ss read it

4. ask Ss the question, help Ss answer properly

5. play the song again, ask Ss names during the song

III. Practice

1. ppt show many familiar characters and lead Ss to ask the question

2. Ss role play the characters to answer

3. Ss use the headwearings to ask and answer the question

4. Pass the headwearings to others and practice the dialogue

5. train game to practice (use the clock to time)

   Two Ss stand up and say the dialogue quickly and then sit down.

   Another 2 Ss stand up and say. The team using the least time wins.

IV. Sum up

1. read the sentences on the bb

2. sing the song “What’s your name”

教学反思

    学生对于“What’s your name及回答“My name’s …”还不够熟练。问及能从歌曲里面听到什么学过的句子时, 基本都知道有 “Hello.”但是问句及答句只有少数学生回答出。Name发音较难,需要纠正学生不到位的发音。学生更偏爱用 “I’m…”来回答。之后的train game两个班反应不一。加入计时器,学生非常兴奋,但是不熟悉该对话的学生拖了大组的后腿。因此还是要灵活运用评价机制调动学生积极性,让每个学生都积极参与进来。另外,游戏前要讲清楚规则和操作方法,设定最佳观众奖,让学生们有秩序地进行游戏。
