The marble cake is a winner. The next contender
is Lemon Cake. It sold out quickly, so we will do
it again.

Multigrain Sourdough Rye
We made granola bars today. We haven't made
them in months. This batch came out very well, so
if it's one of your favorites, now is the time to stock up.
We are making our popular multigrain sourdough rye in large
loaves now, by popular demand. Tomorrow we will
also make a 'miche', which is a 100% whole wheat sourdough.
We bid farewell to Peter, our apprentice baker, at a dinner
tomorrow night. We are trying out a new young
lady as apprentice baker. We also have a college
student who works with us on the weekends. New
faces! Come in and make their
acquaintance.
