My my today is blustery and cold. It was a cool
ebike ride to the bakery this morning at dawn.
How about quiche for brunch? I made a couple
of 6" pies. It is a variation of 'quiche
lorraine'. Diced ham, onions, some sweet red
peppers for color, Swiss and Monterey Jack cheeses.
The Flax seed bread sold out yesterday, so I'm making another
batch. Also making multigrain.
If I get around to it, I'll make some granola
bars. So nice for a quick breakfast, or a snack
while hiking around the city (*wistfully* or up in the
mountains).
