Not much happening this week at the bakery. We're
waiting for a fresh shipment of bread flour.
We are making fresh muffins and scones daily, we have plenty
of all-purpose flour.
The white sourdough loaf was put directly in the freezer from
the oven (after cooling, of course). We also have
a lite rye sandwich loaf, lite whole wheat, and white bread cooling
their heels, waiting for customers to claim them.
We have cheese scones tucked away, so if your supply runs out,
come on down.
We should be offering coffee service (in-shop, no take out) by
the end of the month. After the long trip on the
bus, you can sit and relax. Chat with the staff.
Surf the net with our wifi, or just pick a book
out of our bookcase and read.
We'll try to have some multigrain loaves again Thursday.
We'll leave a few loaves on the shelf for a
couple of days, but we'll freeze the rest immediately after
baking.
