第一届全国暨第二届国际超声分子影像学术会议纪要

 

第一届全国暨第二届国际超声分子影像学术会议,于 2014425日至28日在中国重庆海逸酒店召开。会议由中国超声医学工程学会主办,重庆超声医学工程学会承办。会议得到国家自然科学基金委员会资助。来自国内和美国、德国、法国、加拿大、印度及中国台湾等国家、地区的400余名代表参会。

会议开幕式由大会秘书长、中国超声医师协会副会长、重庆医科大学冉海涛教授主持。大会主席、中国超声医学工程学会会长、北京大学李建国教授和大会主席、中国超声医学工程学会副会长、重庆超声医学工程学会会长、重庆医科大学王志刚教授致欢迎辞。中国工程院院士、复旦大学王威琪教授;美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校影像部主任Robert F. Mattrey教授;中国生物物理学会分子影像学专业委员会主任、中科院田捷研究员;欧洲超声医学与生物学联合会主席、德国法兰克福大学Dietrich CF教授;中国生物医学工程学会副理事长、重庆大学杨力教授在开幕式上讲话。重庆医科大学副校长杨竹教授和该校附属第二医院副院长邓忠良教授到会祝贺并讲话。中国超声医学工程学会名誉会长段宗文教授;中华医学会副主任、中国超声医学工程学会副会长、哈尔滨医科大学田家玮教授;中华医学会副主任、中国超声医学工程学会副会长、上海交大胡兵教授;大会秘书长、中国超声医学工程学会副会长兼秘书长贾建文教授到会主持会议/学术报告。重庆医科大学科研处袁军处长及该校附属第二医院科研处李小平处长到会祝贺。

会上,成立了中国超声医学工程学会超声分子影像专业委员会。中国超声医学工程学会李建国会长、贾建文秘书长和办公室马晓猛主任分别主持选举会。通过无记名投票差额选举,当选委员112名、常委36名。万明习、王金锐、冉海涛(常务)、苏海砾、汪源源、郑海荣、胡兵、高云华(按姓氏笔画排列)当选副主任委员,王志刚当选主任委员。

会议闭幕式由王志刚教授主持,做了热情洋溢的会议总结。

来自国内外的57名著名超声医学、工程学专家做了精彩的大会专题学术报告,交流了超声分子成像与治疗、光声成像、光磁成像、临床超声造影和超声诊疗技术的最新研究、应用成果。王威琪院士“知识无边,学海无涯”对超声、人文、社会科学进行了宏观、微观的深入浅出的精辟论述,深受好评;美国Robert F. Kolios教授“在不同波长模式下探测肿瘤的光声信号”将声学与光学研究结合,很有启迪意义;王志刚教授“超声分子成像与治疗关键技术与设备研究”系国家自然科学基金重大仪器专项课题,报告了其源头创新的研究成果,受到好评;美国Stanislav Emelianov教授“纳米级光声造影剂的超声分子成像”令人耳目一新;张海澜教授“超声散射在软组织声成像中的作用”阐述了基础研究的新成果;王智彪教授“浅谈对微无创医学的认识”广征博引,提出了全新的观念;法国Chantal Pichon教授“图像引导下的癌症治疗:microRNA的分子成像及超声微泡引导下联合siRNA及药物传递”、美国Feng Xie教授“携硫化氢气体的微泡”、台湾大学李百琪教授“金纳米颗粒定向投放和空化效应加强粒子光热治疗的相关研究”、美国Xiaorong Xu教授“载药微泡制备的新方法”,在载药微泡及光热研究上有新的突破;王金锐教授“超声/近红外荧光淋巴结靶向双功能造影剂在前哨淋巴结显像中的应用”在光声研究上成效卓著;万明习教授“高强度聚焦超声精细治疗及热凝固与空化监控成像研究”在HIFU治疗上很有新意;胡兵教授“低频超声联合微泡造影剂对前列腺增生的作用”研究深入,有新的视角;常才教授“超声光散射研究乳腺恶性肿瘤内分泌治疗初探”新意颇多;陈航榕教授“无机纳米超声诊疗剂的设计制备与性能研究”、陈雨博士“微纳米材料在超声诊断与治疗中的应用研究”在材料学研究上有创新,很有启示意义;高云华教授“超声联合微泡介导HGF修饰BMSCs 靶向归巢抗肾纤维化的实验研究”很有亮点;郑海荣教授“超声分子影像成像及其给药治疗中的若干关键新技术”很有新意,有新的建树;戴志飞教授“多功能超声造影剂”研究成果突出;台湾清华大学叶秩光教授“多功能声致相变微粒用于超声的诊疗研究”有研究应用价值;冉海涛教授“超声分子显像研究进展”展示了国内外该领域研究的最新成果;唐红教授“抗ICAM-1液态氟碳微球靶向结合损伤心肌细胞的体内、外实验及其抗炎作用研究”、邓又斌教授“分子超声成像评估抗氧化治疗在动脉粥样硬化炎症病变中的作用”对超声造影诊疗疾病进行了有新意的探索;王文平教授“超声造影联合彩色多普勒有助于提高肝局灶性结节增生与肝腺瘤的鉴别诊断”、苏海砾教授“新型多聚体微泡携带药物舒尼替尼靶向治疗肾细胞癌的离体和在体实验研究”、罗葆明教授“自制携载herceptin纳米级脂质微泡在HER2阳性乳腺癌动物体内靶向显影的研究”、郭瑞强教授“UTMD联合NFκB结合基序促进SDF-1α基因转染血管内皮细胞”在临床应用和基础研究上卓有成效;李锐教授“肝硬化背景下CK19表达不同的肝细胞癌超声造影增强参数分析”很有临床应用价值;宋亮教授“多尺度光声功能与分子成像技术”、谢明星教授“主动脉瘤与夹层病变中ADAMTS-4作用机制的研究”、章东教授“基于耦合磁性纳米颗粒的蛋白膜多功能成像及药物传输造影剂的动力学特性研究”、邹建中教授“HIFU消融肝癌的增效方法”在光声成像与治疗的研究上成果不凡;宾建平教授“新型环RGD修饰的微泡靶向分子成像活化血小板检测高风险斑块”、尹立雪教授“超声结合微泡技术联合间充质干细胞重建做功心肌的实验研究”、周青教授“超声靶向破坏阳离子微泡促进SDF-1α基因转染治疗心肌梗死”、张梅教授“HF-PEF的再评估”、穆玉明教授“血管细胞黏附分子-1靶向超声造影评价兔早期动脉粥样硬化”在心血管超声分子成像等研究上有创新;徐辉雄教授“新型Bi2S3-PLGA多功能纳米诊疗剂的制备及对前列腺癌HIFU、放疗增效研究”、杜联芳教授“超声辐照微泡促进AAV转染细胞内吞机制研究”扩展了超声分子成像诊疗研究领域;郑元义教授“载铁液固相变型PLGA植入物原位磁感应热消融猪肝”很有创新性;加拿大Yanjie Wang博士“可用于光声成像和治疗的造影剂的制备和表征”研究深入;陈芸教授“MRI引导的低频聚焦超声联合载GDNF微泡靶向开放血脑屏障治疗抑郁”、郑荣琴教授“基于超声靶向微泡击破技术的肿瘤联合治疗”、周翔教授“超声造影廓清率预测富血供肝癌分化程度和微血管侵犯的临床研究”、李发琪教授“SonoVue和包裹两种沸点的氟碳化合物的介孔二氧化硅微球在蛋清体模中的HIFU增效对比研究”、李颖嘉教授“脂质微泡-双配体修饰载紫杉醇纳米粒复合物的制备及其生物学性能鉴定”、郭燕丽教授“携载PSMA纳米抗体的超声纳米泡的构建及其在前列腺癌靶向显像中的实验研究”、李攀副研究员“载10-羟基喜树碱液态氟碳纳米粒制备及其体外增强超声显像效果观察”在超声分子成像基础与应用研究上有大胆创新。美国Jing Gao教授“超声弹性成像在临床应用的标准化”、许迪教授“心电图t波倒置并非冠心病所特有的表现”、郭瑞君教授“超声新技术在软组织肿瘤诊断中的应用价值”、杜文华教授“斑点追踪技术在实验性钝性心肌挫伤后局部室壁功能障碍中的评估作用”等超声医学新技术精彩纷呈。

会上,32名国内外中青年学者、研究生做了中青年论坛英文学术报告。美国A.L.Klibanov教授主持会议并颁发了中青年优秀论文证书。其他参会专家、学者进行了会议交流,其论文摘要编入了会议论文集。十多个厂家到会参展,介绍了新仪器新技术。

会议内容丰富、前沿,学术空气十分浓厚,与会代表收获颇丰。

Summary of the 1st National and 2nd International Conference,

Chinese Society of Ultrasound Molecular Imaging (CSUMI)

From 25th to 28th of April, 2014, the 1st National and 2nd International Conference on Ultrasound Molecular Imaging has been held in Harbour Plaza Hotel, Chongqing, China. This conference is organized by Chinese Association of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering (CAUME), operated by Chongqing Association of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering (CQAUME), and funded by the National Natural Science Fund Committee. A total of more than 400 delegates from mainland China as well as many other countries and regions such as the U.S.A, France, Canada, Germany and Taiwan attended to this conference.

Secretary General of the conference, vice president of the Chinese Ultrasound Doctor Association, professor Haitao Ran from Chongqing Medical University, presided over the opening ceremony. Professor Jianguo Li form Peking University , who is the chairman of the conference and the president of the CAUME, and professor Zhigang Wang from Chongqing Medical University, who is also the chairman of the conference, vice president of CAUME and president of CQAUME, delivered their welcoming remarks. Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, from Fudan University, professor Weiqi Wang; Director of Imaging Department, from University of California, San Diego, professor Robert F. Mattrey; Director of Molecular Imaging Professional Committee of Biophysical Society of China, from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences , professor JieTian;President of the EuropeanFederation for Ultrasound inMedicineandBiology, from University ofFrankfurt, Germany, professor Dietrich CF; Vice board chairman of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering (CSBME), from Chongqing University, professor Li Yang; all of them gave us congratulatory speeches in the opening ceremony. Vice-Chancellor of Chongqing Medical University, Zhu Yang; Vice President of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Zhongliang Deng; Director of scientific research department from Chongqing Medical University, Jun Yuan; Deputy Director of scientific research department, Xiaoping Li, attended the conference to give their congratulations. Honorary President of CAUME, ZongwenDuan; Deputy Director of Chinese Medical Associaition, vice president of CAUME, from Harbin Medical University, professor JiaweiTian; Deputy Director of Chinese Medical Association, vice president of CAUME, from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, professor Bing Hu; Secretary General of the conference, vice president and secretary general of CAUME, professor JianwenJia, chaired the meeting and reported their academic speeches.

In this conference, the Professional Committee of Ultrasound molecular imaging, Chinese Association of Ultrasound in Medicine and Engineering (CAUME) has been established. President Jianguo Li, secretary general JianwenJia and director Xiaomeng Ma chaired this election meeting. By secret ballot and candidate election, 112 members were elected and 36 members of them were standing committees. Mingxi Wan, Jinrui Wang, HaitaoRan(standing committees), Haili Li, Yuanyuan Wang, HairongZheng, Bing Hu, and Yunhua Gao (arranged in alphabetical) were elected as vice chairman, Zhigang Wang was elected as chairman.

Professor Zhigang Wang presided over the closing ceremony and made an enthusiastic conference summary.

57 world top specialists in ultrasound medicine and ultrasonic engineering have given wonderful academic reports on the latest research and the application achievements of ultrasound molecular imaging and therapy, photoacousticimaging, photo-magnetic imaging, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and clinical ultrasound diagnosis and treatment technology.

Professor Weiqi Wang “Knowledge is boundless no end for learning”, well received for his excellent speech about the ultrasonic, humanities, social science from the macro and micro perspective, explained profound theories in simple language to make it easy to understand; Professor Robert F. Mattrey (United States) gave a scientific and novel speech about “In vivo ultrasound signal generation for the detection of molecular events” and gave a high praise to the conference; in the opening ceremony, he said: “I’d like to first congratulate you for a establishing a society that focused on ultrasound molecular imaging. I don’t think there’s another such society. So that’s a wonderful thing to see, because I truly believe this is the modality for the molecular imaging in the future. I also would like to congratulate you for promoting the younger investigators because they are the leaders in the future. I’d like to thank professorWeiqi Wang for honoring,professor Zhigang Wang for inviting me along with the organizing committee as well as my colleagues from overseas, to face the first national and second international conference, Chinese society of ultrasound moleculaer imaging. The program looks wonderful and I look forward to hearing the presentations. Thank you again for inviting us to this great meeting! ”. Professor Dietrich CF (Germany) gave a speech about  “EFSUMB Guidelines on Contrast Enhanced Ultrasound”, and he is one of the guidelines makers, in the opening ceremony, he also said: “你好!I’m very much honored to be a part of this very important meeting. I’d like to congratulate the organizers for combining those important issues of taking care of patients, with scientific work to improve a world of knowledge and finally to educate how a young scientist to even improve this knowledge. I’m the current president of the European Federation of societies in ultrasound in medicine and biology. I’m proud and honored to be a part of this important meeting. I’m looking forward!”, delegates benefited a lot from his speech. Professor JieTian “Research and application of multimodality molecular imaging on  cancer”, it’s veryinnovative and opened up a vast range of molecular imaging research on the application of space; Professor Xinfang Wang “Some inspiration on the study of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography”, he reviewed the history, looked to the future, put forward some new and inspiring ideas; Professor A.L.Klibanov (United States) “Molecular, cellular and particlebiomechanics as the main factors thatdetermine the efficacy of microbubble targeting”, widen the scope of further research in this field; Professor Michael C. Kolios (Canada) “Probing tumors at different length scales by listening to photoacoustic sound waves”, his research combined acoustic with optical together, it’s very enlightening; Professor Zhigang Wang “Key technology and equipments of ultrasound molecular imaging and therapy”, reported his findings of the innovation through his research about The National Natural Science Foundation Project of major equipment, and has been well received; Professor StanislavEmelianov “Ultrasound molecular imaging with photoacoustics and nanoscalecontrast agents”, refreshed everybody; Professor Hailan Zhang “Ultrasonic scattering in soft tissue imaging”, reported some new achievements of basic research; Professor Zhibiao Wang “A tentative probe into minimally-invasive and noninvasive”, quote and prove fully, put forward a new concept; Professor Chantal Pichon (France) “Image-guided cancer therapy: molecular imaging of microRNA and ultrasound assisted-microbubbles for combined siRNA/drug delivery”; Professor Feng Xie (United States) “H2S loaded microbubbles”; Professor Baiqi Li from Taiwan University “Enhanced plasmonicphotothermal therapy with targeted delivery of gold nanoparticles and acoustic cavitation”; In the Youth Forum, 32 young scholars and postgraduate students from domestic and foreign presented; Professor A.L.Klibanov (United States)chaired this conference and given the Best Paper Award for Young Scholar to the excellent young scholars. Other experts and scholars attended to the conference made academic exchange and the summery of their papers are edited in the conference proceedings. Over 10 companies attended the exhibition and introduced new instruments and new technology.

The conference had rich content and covered cutting-edge topics. All the delegates attended benefited from the strong academic atmosphere.
