The 104th day

Today is the latest day to get up. I get up at 8:30 am. Yesterday I went to bed at 1:30 am and spent some time on video on my cell phone, ending up falling asleep at around 3:00 am. It is not a good habit to sleep late and get up late. It is none a bit worthwhile habit. Why go to bed and get up so late?If we get up early, the day starts early and we have more time to dedicate to our job.  Let's focus on this bad habit and change it to a good one.
You have a dream, and dream is not realized without perseverance and self-discipline. There are something we must do. Getting up early on time is one of them. Remember life if marathon, not a sprint. The stamina is the key to "win" this marathon. Make some plans and then stick to them. 
English and computer are two key skills to succeed in this society. And they also help you broaden your insight and fully exploit your potential. But they can not be mastered overnight. So just keep studying and practicing. Frustration is the inescapable part of gaining any new skill and it is also part of life. Do not be scared and deterred by it. It is just a paper tiger and can not endure if you keepchallenging it. 
Getting up at 6:30 a.m. and go to bed at 12:30 is the first and foremost task these days. Keep around 6 to 6.5 hours sleep to sustain a high productivity.
To-do list:
1. shan bei vocabulary
2. voa 
3. friends
4. finish pyton
5. itu essay
6. reading the road less traveled for 2 hours.

3 must-do tasks are shanbei, reading, voa and computer. They might not take into effect right away, but help over a long haul.
