罗致恒富:美国企业愈发倾向于提升新员工起薪

(2016年1月11日,/HRoot.com/)罗致恒富最新调研报告显示,企业越发倾向于为顶尖的人才提供更高的薪资。数据显示,54%的CFO表示计划为公司新招的员工提供较其上一份工作更高的薪资,平均起薪涨幅为10%。

罗致恒富就此表示企业要提供更具竞争力的薪资福利的四条建议:

1. 基准工资。理想候选人通常的都是比较贵的。对于这类人的基准薪资需要达到或者超出诸如罗致恒富等公司发布的2016年薪酬指南给出的行业标准。
2. 考虑增加额外津贴。额外的津贴是工资的一种组成部分。专业人才越发注重工作与生活的平衡,例如希望获得额外休假时间、弹性的工作与时间安排。
3. 双方薪资协商时要灵活。即使刚开始就提供了较高的薪资,候选人也可能希望获得更高的薪资。如此就需要提前明确如何提供有利的薪资组成,例如提供额外的带薪休假。
4. 向招聘人员咨询。向专业的对当前的招聘以及薪酬趋势较为了解的招聘专业人士,能够帮助你制定具有吸引力的薪酬福利计划。

Robert Half survey: companies increasing starting salary offers to secure new hires

(Jan. 11, 2016,/HRoot.com/) Companies are willing to pay a premium for top talent today, new research shows. More than half (54 percent) of chief financial officers (CFOs) interviewed for a Robert Half survey said they increased new hires' starting salaries from what they made in their previous job. The average increase, according to financial executives, was 10 percent.  

Robert Half offers four tips for developing a competitive compensation package:

1.Benchmark salaries. Ideal candidates commonly come at a premium. Consult resources such as Robert Half's 2016 Salary Guides to ensure what you're offering meets or exceeds industry standards.

2.Consider additional perks. As important as salary is, it is only part of the compensation package. Professionals increasingly value perks that support work-life balance, such as additional vacation time and flexible schedules.

3.Be flexible in negotiations. Even if you make a strong offer early, candidates may ask for more. Know ahead of time how you may be able to sweeten the pot, such as providing additional paid time off.

4.Consult a recruiter. Tapping the knowledge of a staffing professional who understands current hiring and salary trends can help ensure your compensation plan is attractive.
