(2015年12月22日,/HRoot.com/)据任仕达最新发布第四季度《任仕达工作趋势报告—Randstad Workmonitor》显示,雇主最渴望的人才是具备科学、技术、工程以及数理(STEM)方面技能的人。同时,对于企业而言,吸引并招募到合适的人才的挑战非常之大,与此同时,不到三成的受访员工认为,在不久的将来,他们所从事的工作将会数字化。

数据显示,全球42%的工人认为其所在企业对于具备STEM技能的人才需求大幅上涨,而美国对于这种人才的需求更为明显。在工作数字化趋势方面,78%的受访人表示具备应对这种趋势的能力。仅仅31%的受访人希望未来5-10年他们所从事的工作能够实现自动化。

该报告还指出,在合适的人才的招募方面面临的挑战艰巨。57%的受访工人指出其所在企业在关键的合适的人才的招募方面有难度,甚至认为变得更为艰巨。

此外,调研数据显示,全球范围内,在过去六个月中有跳槽的人的比例由上一季度的24%下滑至22%。

Randstad releases Q4 Workmonitor survey 

(Dec. 22, 2015,/HRoot.com/)Employers still want workers with skills in STEM (science, technology, engineer and math), according to Randstad’s fourth-quarter Workmonitor survey of workers around the globe. The survey also found finding the right talent remains a challenge for employers, and less than a third of workers feel their jobs will be digitized in the near future.

The survey found 42% of workers around the globe say their employers have an increasing need for STEM skills, and it went up to 49% when looking at only US workers. With regard to digitalization of their jobs, 78% said they feel equipped to deal with this trend. Only 31% of the world’s workers expect their jobs will be automated within the next five to 10 years.

Workers also said their employers’ ability to find the right talent remains an issue: 57% of workers said their employers have trouble finding the right talent and expect it to become more difficult. 

The Workmonitor report also found the number of workers around the world who changed jobs in the last six months fell to 22% compared to 24% when asked in the third-quarter Workmonitor report.
