科锐国际:2015年民企平均薪酬涨幅将位居第一

(2014年12月25日,/中新网/)亚洲知名人才管理服务商,科锐国际公布24日《2015年企业薪酬调研报告》。该报告预测,2015年全国薪酬预期平均涨幅稳中趋缓;农业、高科技、医疗健康、文化教育领跑2015年薪酬涨幅最强劲;民企薪酬涨幅将居首。

 

调研显示,受访企业预期2015年平均薪酬涨幅为8.4%,较2014年8.3%接近持平。此数值已连续5年下滑。科锐国际专家认为,这是薪酬“新常态”的表现。据中国社科院预计,2015年GDP增速将放缓至7%左右,明年出口拉动不大,国内投资稳中趋缓,消费平稳增长。这使得企业薪酬涨幅也出现“新常态”,涨幅趋缓,而薪酬涨幅的增长势头来自于重点行业如服务业、重点区域如二三四线城市、民营经济的驱动。调查显示,领跑整体薪酬涨幅的行业包括:农业、高科技、医疗健康、文化教育行业。热门的电子商务与金融服务业较去年增幅提升最快。而地产及机械制造持续下滑。

 

根据调查报告,二三线城市预期2015年薪酬涨幅为9.0%,高于一线城市。二三线城市中最抢眼的是成都、西安、重庆、武汉。此外,在所有受访企业中,民企2015年的平均薪酬涨幅将位居第一。科锐方面表示,民企竞争力的增强及在人力资本上投入的增加,促使更多的外企人才回流,民企在无论是激励体系合理性、薪酬福利竞争力、领导力、文化建设等方面,都得到长足进步,尤其在管理岗位上,其薪酬福利的竞争力已超越外资企业。

 

Career International survey: private owned enterprises leading the 2015 salary rise


(Dec. 25, 2014,/HRoot.com/) The average level of salary increase in 2015 is expected to maintain the increase trend but will be move slowly, agriculture, high technology, health care, culture and education industry is predicted to show the strong growh on salary, and private company leading the salary incrase in 2015, according to the 2015 Corporate Salary Survey,released by Career International ,the leading total recruitment solutions provider in Asia.

 

The survey demonstrated that the expected average salary should rise by 8.4%, flat year-over-year from last year (8.4%), which means that has declined for seven consecutive years. By industry, Career Internationla says that is a new normal for salary. agriculture, high technology, health care, culture and education industry are expected to show the highest salary increase. E-commerce and financial service industry to be the top industry with the fastest speed of salary rise. Real estate and machine manufacturing still remain the down trend.

 

The survy also shows that tier 2 and tier 3 citis salary in 2015 are expected to climb by 9.0 per cent, including Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing, Wuhan, higher than that of tier 1 cities. The raising up of private owned enterprises’ competitiveness and the increaseing investment in human capital promoted the reverse brain drain. Private owned enterprises haved made progress on rationality of motivation mechanism, competitive of salary and benefit, leadership and culture building, according to Career International.
