Management)的一项研究显示,与2014年相比,2015年计划跳槽的员工比例更高,数据显示86%的受访北美工人表示将在2015年更换工作,这高于去年同期的83%。而在2009年仅60%的受访人表示可能会更换工作。另外,调查数据显示仅仅5%的受访人表示并没有打算在2015年更换工作。8%的人表示如果有机会可能也会做尝试。而且调研结果与过去五年中的整体调研结果基本吻合。据报道,睿仕管此项调研结果——高的跳槽率也从侧面反映出当前北美员工对于自己的目前职业发展并不满意。
Right Management survey: 86% to seek new jobs in
2015

to actively pursue new job opportunities in 2015 than planned to in
2014, according to a poll by Right Management, a division of
ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN). A Right Management survey found
that 86 percent of the workers surveyed said they intend to
actively seek a new position in 2015, up from 83 percent who said
so in a similar survey a year ago. Just 60 percent of employees
said they would actively seek a new job in 2009. The poll found 5
percent of employees intend to stay in their current position,
while 8 percent indicated they would opportunistically make a
change in 2015 and are already networking. The latest findings are
consistent with results from the last five years. Right Management
reports the high percentage of individuals planning to seek new
career opportunities indicates a workforce that is dissatisfied
with their careers.
