,/HRoot.com/)据韬睿惠悦最新调查显示:大约三成的新加坡本地员工对自己的工作"高度投入",比全球平均值来得低。人力资源管理顾问公司韬睿惠悦向包括1000名新加坡员工在内的全球员工,展开调查。结果发现:"高度投入工作"的受访本地员工占35%,比全球平均值少了5%。相反的,超过一半的受访本地员工,则表示对工作"完全不投入"。这比41%的全球平均值来得高。调查也发现:同其他接受调查的国家相比,本地员工表示比较可能会离开目前任职的公司。另外,跟其他职位相同的同事相比,只有大约四成的受访本地员工认为:他们在薪金方面获得同等待遇。
Towers Watson survey: 30% of Singaporeans are highly egaged
but lower than the global average level
(Nov. 24, 2014,/HRoot.com/) Nearly 30 percent of local
employees in Singapore are highly engaged, but lower than the
average level worldwide, according to the latest research, which
conducted by Towers Watson (NASDAQ: TW), a leading global
professional services company. More specifically, the highly
engaged employees account for 34%, almost 5% lower than the global
average level. In contrast, over half of local employees are not
engaged at all, which is higher than the global average level of
41%. When compared with other countries, employees in Singapore are
more likely to change their roles. In terms of the salaries, only
forty percent of respondents said that they have the similar
salaries with their colleagues.
