据雇主品牌领域的全球领导者优兴咨询2014最具吸引力雇主调研显示,随着以目标导向的年轻人才储备不断增加,亚太区正在逐步与全球接轨,亚太区的学生最期望为谷歌工作。该调研旨在探讨未来人才的职业驱动力,职业目标,期望未来雇主拥有的特征以及在搜寻雇主信息时所使用的沟通渠道。54%的亚太区学生认为“获取工作与生活平衡”是重要的职业目标,使其成为首要职业目标,其次是“获取安全感及稳定感”(47%)及“奉献社会服务人类”(34%)。将“获取工作与生活平衡”视为最重要职业目标的亚太区国家(地区)包括澳大利亚(61%)、香港(66%)、
中国大陆
(49%)、印度尼西亚(58%)、马来西亚(65%)及越南(53%)。尽管亚太区不同国家(地区)的学生在雇主特征的偏好上有所不同,有一个趋势是共通的——亚太区的学生越来越倾向选择有助于其长期职业发展,并提供多种创新、领导及成功机会的雇主。
Universum survey: talent to focus on high salary in Asia Pacific
(Jul. 15, 2014,/HRoot.com/) With increasing number of the target-orient young talent, Asia Pacific is gearing with global businesses and graduates in Asia Pacific recognize Google as the top employer to work for and also become more focus on salary, according to the latest research released by Universum. It is reported that the survey was mainly focused on the career driving force, career goal, the characteristics of their future employer and the communication channels in search of the corporate information. The survey says that 54 percent of gradates in Asia Pacific said getting the work-life balance is the top important career goal followed by job security and stability(47 percent) and dedication to society& serving humanity(34%). Although the attitude towards the feature of future employer varies in different region in Asia Pacific, there is still a common trend, that is more and more graduates prefer to choose employers which can provide them a variety of opportunities on innovation, leading and success and will be helpful on their career development.
