(2014年7月15日,/美通社/)日前,国内最大的人力资源服务商前程无忧(NASDAQ:
JOBS)发布《2014年第三季度雇主招聘意愿调查报告》。2014年第三季度雇主招聘意愿调查显示,88.5%的受访雇主说他们将在今年的第三季度比2013年同期招聘更多的雇员,继续今年招聘需求高增长的态势。与2013年三季度同比增加招聘的雇主有79.7%。今次的调查显示,47.0%的雇主说增加招聘的最主要的原因是“业务扩大”,26.0%的雇主由于人员流动增加招聘,仅有5.1%的雇主表示将减少招聘量。报告显示,计划增加本科及以上毕业生招聘和增加本科以下毕业生招聘的雇主分别有
45.6% 和 45.4%,七成成以上雇主的计划招聘经验两年内的一线员工。

(Jul. 15, 2014,/HRoot.com/) 51job (NASDAQ: JOBS), the largest human resources service providers in China recently released the “Employer Recruitment Intention Survey, Q3 2014.” The report indicates that there is still a strong demand for recruitment this year, and 88.5 percent of those questioned employers plan to increase their recruitment in the third quarter compared with the same period of 2013. And almost half employers (47 percent ) recognize the business expand as the top reason for increasing recruitment, 26 percent employers said the staff turnover drive the increase trend. Meanwhile, only 5.1 percent of employers are considering decrease their recruitment. Besides, the survey says that 45.6 percent employers plan to increase the recruitment of graduates with a bachelor degree or above. 45.4 percent employers intend to add the recruitment of those beneath the bachelor-degree level. Over 70 percent employers plan to hire employers with two-year work experience.
