(2014年7月8日,/HRoot.com)据米高蒲志2014全球薪酬与福利洞察报告显示,过半的受访者(51%)称其薪资在2013年年底之前并没有任何提升,而这个人数比例较2012年的47%略有上涨。另有近三成(29%)的董事总经理也同样表示在2013年并未获得提薪,该人数比较2012年的54%大幅下降。在奖金方面,57%的受访者在2013年都有获得相应的奖金。54%的受访者表示2013年的奖金相当于薪资的10%。另有4%的受访者称其2013年获得的奖金超过其年薪。该调查还显示出62%的北美受访员工都获得了超过其薪资10%的奖金;而52%的欧洲、中东和非洲(EMEA)受访者获得了薪资10%的奖金。而平均有5%的受访者获得的奖金相当于其年薪的50%到100%,另有5%的欧洲、中东和非洲的受访员工获得的奖金超过其年薪的。

(Jul. 8, 2014,/HRoot.com/) More than half (51%) of respondents to the Michael Page 2014 Global Salary and Bonus Insight report advised that their salary did not increase at the end of 2013. This marks a slight increase from 47% in 2012. A third (29%) of Managing Directors received no salary increase last year, down from 54% in the previous year. With regard to bonuses, 57% of respondents qualified for a bonus in 2013. The majority (54%) received a bonus that was equivalent to up to 10% of their salary. Only 4% of respondents received a bonus in excess of +100% of their annual salary. A greater number of North American employees qualified for a bonus of up to 10% of their salary, compared with employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), 62% and 52%, respectively. However, an equal proportion of employees (5%) received a bonus that was the equivalent of between 50% and 100% of their annual salary. Across EMEA, 5% of employees qualified for a bonus that +100% of their annual salary, compared with only 2% of North American employees.
