(2014年7月8日,/HRoot.com/)2014年《财富》世界500强排行榜上中国上榜公司(包含台湾在内)的数量继续保持增长态势,总数已经达到100家,首次达到3位数。中国石油化工集团公司在2014年的《财富》世界500强排行榜上高居第3位,是第一家进入榜单三甲的中国公司,刷新了中国公司在《财富》世界500强排行榜历史上的最高排名纪录。据悉,2014财富世界500强公司的总收入比上一年提高了2.5%,达31万亿美元;世界500强的入围门槛再次提高5亿美元,达到237亿美元,而盈利能力大幅上升,总利润提高了27%,达到近2万亿美元。员工总数增长了0.5%,共计6,522万人。另外,2014年《财富》世界500强排行榜中,人力资源行业内唯一在榜企业是德科(Adecco),位列第461名,较上年下降18名,其2013财年营业收入为258.914亿美金。总之,中国企业在世界500强排行榜中的数量不断攀升,企业平均收入和资产的数量也已经与世界500强接近,但中国企业最近一年的赢利水平明显下降,而且体现企业竞争力的关键数据,即企业利润和人均利润则与世界500强公司有着明显的差距,与美国公司相比则差距更大。


 
Only one HR company appears on the 2014 Fortune Global 500 list

(Jul. 8, 2014,/HRoot.com/) The number of Chinese company (including Taiwan) experienced a rise trend and a total a hundred of Chinese companies appear on 2014 Fortune Global 500 list. Sinopec Group, ranked No.3, makes it to be the first Chinese company appears on the top three of the list. It is reported that the total revenue of this year’s Fortune Global 500 companies has risen by about 2.5% over last year. The revenue of the 500th company on this year’s list is about $5 billion higher than that of last year’s 500th company to $23.7billion. And the total profit of the 500th company has risen by 27%, the number of employees of the 500th company increased 0.5% to 65.22 million . Ranked No. 461, Adecco, with a revenue of $25.891 billion in its fiscal 2013, makes it the only HR company on the 2014 Fortune Global 500 list. It is worth noticing that there is an increasing number of Chinese companies appear on the Fortune Global 500 list and the average revenue and assess is almost close to Global 500 companies, however, all Chinese companies ranked on Global 500 list have all witnessed a decline in their level of profitability in 2013 compared with the previous fiscal year. Besides, there is a big gap on company profit and profit per capita, (the key date of the enterprise competitiveness) between Chinese companies and Global 500 companies, and the gap is even worse when compared with U.S. companies.
