（2014年2月12日，/环球网/）据一项针对包括来自中国、德国和巴西的3,000名年龄在18到34岁之间的年轻人的最新调查显示，来自中国的年轻人中，76%的人认为德国公司是“较好”或“非常好”的雇主，约1/5的中国受访者还给德国企业打了最高分。这一结果，远远高于美国、英国和法国企业。只有10%的中国受调查者给这三个国家的公司打了最高分。而在2013年的中国最佳雇主的排名中，德国企业如宝马、大众和西门子也取得前20名的成绩。据悉，该调查的主要调查内容包括公司给新员工提供上岗培训的机会、员工不断提高专业技能的机会、员工福利和利益的保障等。

(Feb. 13, 2014, /HRoot/) A survey has been done on which companies young Chinese professionals prefer to work for, and German companies have come out on top in terms of opportunities for new staff, possibility of improving professional skills, employee benefits and job security.Of the Chinese professionals asked 76% said that German companies were “comparatively better” or “extremely good” employers, when compared with American, British and French companies.It is reported that the survey is mainly focused on onboarding opportunity for new comers, the opportunity to improve their professional skills,welfare and benefits.
