Dear Larry Page and Sergey Brin,

I’m writing to you on behalf of 7 Google East China distributers. 4 years a half years ago, we joined in Google distributer team, sharing the same value and philosophy of "don’t be evil", admiring the leading search technology and unique business model of Google Adwords. In the past four years, we not only sell and serve Google Adwords, but also embrace and insist on Google’s "don’t be evil" philosophy. We are happy to share Google’s culture with our customers, friends and partners. And your great success is also a big inspiration to us as well as our thousands of employees. This with no doubts solidifies our partnership with Google and motivates us keep growing in the past 4 years. But unfortunately, we found out that several Google China employees planned to leverage so-called "Google globally aligned business decision” to realize their own ambition to ultimately control the whole distributing channel in China market in the future. This is not only a robbery of the fruit we have worked very hard for in the past years, but also a huge damage to Google’s philosophy and public image. We have already submitted some of the evidences to the Google global investigation team. And believe you have been already de-briefed on the initial report. We would like to know what your point of view is toward the issue.

Even if there was no the corruption and conspiracy, it would still have been a wrong and even evil decision to unilaterally withdraw the authorization, as there is no any justifications of such acts. Unilaterally withdraw our authorization caused the sudden joblessness of thousands of employees, thousands of families suddenly lost sources of income, and tens of thousands of advertisers can not be properly served. We can hardly believe this was a decision made by Google who always claim that put the interests of customers first and "Don’t be evil".

Moreover, from business point of view, the decision itself was extremely abnormal, unprofessional, and totally inconsistent with normal business practices and decision making process. There was no prior consultation or negotiation beforehand. The decision was communicated through emails without any formal communication and explanation afterwards. We tried many times to reach Google China team to understand more about the decision through e-mails or phones, but no reply or response at all. It is so difficult to believe this was so called "Google globally aligned business decision”, as there was no any pre-prepared compensation plan to either us or advertisers following with the decision. With the great efforts made by us, Google China team was forced to start communication with us. But China team never proposed an acceptable compensation plan. We are so curious that is this really a globally aligned decision by Google? Is this the way how Google usually makes decision relating to a big scale of business and a lot of people? Does it comply with Google's standards and process?

Perhaps you have been debriefed by your team on what we did and may feel it difficult to understand why we acted like this. Here we have to make some clarifications. We have to take proper actions to protect our own interest which was robbed by several Google employees and Google China team. We are fighting to reveal the corruption and conspiracy inside Google and reach an acceptable and fair compensation plan. We strongly believe what we insist on is exactly what you insist and embrace all the way along. We expect that Google to treat users, customers and partners fair, just and open. We will oppose all the "evils" this time until we can get a fair deal.

We sincerely hope that the currently undergoing issue will draw your attention and get the issues solved properly. We hope Google can prohibited China team from corruption in the future and really put the interest of users and customers first. Only China team embraces “don’t be evil”, Google can grow faster and faster in China market.

                                                                   Sincerely yours,

                                                                 7 Google East China distributers
