By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:

1. 语言知识目标(Language knowledge:

comprehend the simple past form of some verbs appeared usually

2.    语言技能目标(    Language skills:

recognize the structure of the simple past tense

3.   学习策略目标(Learning strategies:

understand when to use the simple past tense

4. 情感态度与价值观目标(Affect:

A.    develop their team spirit through the group works and competitions, meanwhile be more independent;

B.    observe carefully and told in their own words

5. 文化意识目标(Culture awareness:

be aware of the communication with simple past tense.

2. The usage of “some” and “ any”.

十、 教学过程

一、 课前热身: Greeting and Dictation.

T: Good morning, class!

Ss: Good morning, Miss Feng!

T: Sit down, please!  Let’s do the dictation first.

(Are you ready?  Let’s begin. First one…. Finish? Hand in, please!)

Revision

T: Now please write down the following verbs’ simple past forms, later I will ask someone to do it on the board.

Ss: Yes.

T: Please memorize what we’ve learnt about the simple past tense yesterday.

Ss: The rules of the change of verbs in simple past tense.

T: Bingo.  But there are still irregular forms.  You can look at P124.

二、新课导入(Warming up and leading-in)

T:  What is your hobby?

S1: My hobby is playing computer games.

T: Class, what is his hobby?

Ss: He plays computer games.

T: Translation: “他昨天玩电子游戏”.

Ss: He played computer games yesterday.

T: “他玩电子游戏吗?” Say it in English.

Ss: Did he play computer games?

T: What is the negative answer to it?

Ss: No, he didn’t play computer games.

三、 新课讲授

T: Yes. Now look at these sentences.  What is the connection among them?

Ss: The second one is the simple past tense.  The third one is the simple question of the second one.  The fourth one is the negative answer to the third one.

T: Now try to sum up the rules of the change among positive, negative and general questions.

T: Now let’s sum up the basic structure of the simple past tense.

T: Please do the following exercise and tell me the accordance.

课堂练习:

Task 1  Write down the following verbs’ simple past forms

(1) clean   brush                 (2) like    live

(3) study   try                   (4) stop   plan

Task 2 

1.  Lucy did her homework at home. (改为否定句)

Lucy ___________ ____________ her homework at home.

2.  He found some meat in the fridge.(改为一般疑问句)

   _____________ he ___________ ____________ meat in the fridge?

 

四、 小结( Summary )

T: Now tell me what is simple past tense?

Ss: I don’t know.

T: Never mind.  Let me tell you.  一般过去时表示过去某一时间所发生的动作或存在的状态,一般与表示过去的时间连用。

TTry to recall the structure, functions and some typical time expressions of the simple past tense.

T: Here are today’s homework ---

3Review what we learned today.

六、 板书设计( Layout )

He plays computer games

一般过去时             He played computer games yesterday.

一般疑问句            Did he play computer games yesterday?

否定回答              No, he didn’t play computer games yesterday.

肯定句: 主语+动词的过去式

否定句: 主语+was/were not

主语+ didn’t/did not +动词原形

一般疑问句:Was/Were +主语+….

 Did +主语+动词原形

 

课程标准的要求是:画外音(说课)

每节课前三分钟都要听写,帮助学生巩固所学知识,检查学生所学的情况。

 

 

 

 

 

这个导入与生活实际紧密相贴,有利于学生了解这个听力课要学的东西, 同时也训练了学生的口语。

十一、 课后反思( Self-reflection )

    Ss are active.  They seem to have been familiar with the simple past tense.  Everything goes well this lesson.  I explained almost in Chinese.  Bus Ss gave me good responses.  Time controlled well.  I just finish all the steps in 45 minutes.
