大型太阳能光伏发电系统的寿命通常在20年以上，对于支架的要求通常需要在20年以上的时间里，需安全牢固地将太阳电池板固定在地面或平屋顶上。太阳能支架需长期承受风吹日晒，因此，它将涉及防腐蚀及在地面或平屋顶上的安装固定两个方面。
The service life for large size solar power supply system should be

should fix the solar panel on the roof of building and on the

目前，绝大多数太阳能支架构造是由铝合金、不锈钢、镀锌钢板和塑料盒支架制成。在地面或平屋顶安装支架时，多采用不锈钢螺丝将支架紧固预制在地面上的螺栓或穿透屋顶的螺栓上，或用水泥砖、沙袋压载在支架上的方式实现完成，大体基本上分为上述二大类。

具体安装过程：安装太阳能电池板时，将每一块太阳能电池板放在组合好的前低端底座盒体和后高端角度支架杆盒体上端的两侧上，支撑起太阳能电池板的低端、高端后，再分别把锁紧夹块放入太阳能电池板边框内后，用螺丝将锁紧夹块锁紧，固定好太阳能电池板，就完成了太阳能电池板安装。其后，在完成每一行太阳能电池板安装后，再用连接杆将前后行太阳能电池板连接起来，使之连成一个整体，增加抗风效果。

Installation design

of the support body should be mounted at the outer sides of the
roof and the ground, make the solar panel be at straight angle
against the roof and the ground. This is to guarantee the power
stable and be strongly against the wind. It is feasibility to have
light weight but also to be loaded in stable.
