通往GTD的一百步

通往GTD的一百步

  欢迎来到时间堂。GTD的理论与实践虽然是西方人提出的,其落脚点却并非仅仅是理论的完美,而是在自身切实的实践。这一点与西方重视形而上学思辩的传统大不相同,却与东方重视自身实践的传统相通。可见东西方文化的相似性。不过,同样是重视自身实践,东方的实践更多的是一种感悟之后的身体力行,而西方的实践则是清晰的步骤。这样又看到了到东西方文化的差别。

  下面将分四篇介绍西方人所写的《通往GTD的一百步》,根据此步骤,可以在清晰地指导下一步步实践GTD。本篇是初级阶段的25步。

1. I have read Getting Things Done from front to back.
我已经从头到尾读完了Getting Things Done这本书。 

2. I have a calendar, which is always on hand.
我随身携带日程表。

3. I use my calendar for appointments and day-specific items only.
我只用日程表记录约会和有固定日期的活动。

4. I have a physical inbox, which I use daily.
我有一个真的收件箱(不是电子版)而且每天都用。 

5. I have an email program, set up the way I want it.
我有一个电子邮箱,按照我所希望的方式设置妥当。
6. I have voice mail, set up the way I want it.
我有一个语音信箱,按照我所希望的方式设置妥当。 

7. I always have a way to capture ideas and get them out of my head, in all contexts (notepad, laptop, voice recorder, etc.).
我有办法随时记录自己的想法,无论用笔记本、电脑还是录音笔。

8. I have a place or places to keep Next Actions lists, accessible in the right context.
我在合适的地方和场合保存有“下一步活动”列表。
