员工守则

教育

第五十五条 员工调职,如驻地远者,可比照出差规定支给差旅费。

           If the employee needs to work in another place which is far from the current workplace, employee could get travel expenses according to the business trip principles.

第五十六条 调任员工在接任者未到职前,其所遣职务由原直属主管指派人员暂行代理。

             Before the employee goes to the new workplace, the supervisor of the new workplace should take his responsibility for a while until the employee comes.  

福利 welfare

第五十七条 为安定员工生活,增进员工福利,特设立员工福利委员会办理有关员工福利事宜。

           To increase the welfare and provide a stable life for the employee, company should organize a welfare committee.

第五十八条 员工婚丧、住院,致赠礼金、奠仪或慰问金,其给与标准另订。

           The gift for Staff weding and the consolation money for Bereavement will be given from the company according to the new standard that is going to be made.

第五十九条 新进员工或现有员工若需要住宿舍,可到行政部填写住宿申请单申请配住,由行政部签注意见后,转总务部门办理。

         If the new employee or existing employee needs a single room in the factory dormitory, the employee should apply for a room from personnel department.

保险 Insurance

第六十条 员工一律参加劳动保险,于雇用时由行政部办理。

         All employees will get labor insurance. Administrative department should arrange this when the employee is hired.

第六十一条 员工参加劳动保险后,除依法享受各项权利及应得的各种给付外,不得再向本公司要求额外赔偿或补助。

            After getting the labor insurance, the employee will get relevant legal rights, except that, the employee should not ask additional allowance from the company.

抚恤bereavement assistance

第六十二条 员工因公致残或死亡时,依劳动保险有关规定予以补偿。

            If the employee is dead or get injured while performing duties on line, the employee or his family will get compensation according to the labor insurance.

劳保labor protection

第六十三条 由于个别人员,不爱惜使用劳保用品,导致工厂劳保用品成本浪费惊人,为杜绝此类事件,现就职工劳保用品使用规定如下:

           To eliminate the waste of labor protection appliance, employees must obey the following rules:

第六十四条 每人每周限领取手套两双,在周一早上7:30分时去仓库领取一双使用,在使用过程中需要更换时,以旧换新,只准换一次,由仓管确认的确不能使用的状况下才给予更换!

             Employee could only get two pairs of gloves per week; get a pair of glove first on every Monday morning from the warehouse, if the glove is broken during the week, use the broken one to exchange another one. The store man should confirm if it is really necessary to replace the old one. The employee should only change new glove once a week.

第六十五条 口罩只限于打磨人员一天更换一次,其它人员也只可以一周领取两幅.管制方法同上!

           The buffer could get a new mask every day; other employees should only get two masks from the warehouse per week!

第六十六条 凡是个人用具须更换须生产部经理确认!

            The production manager should confirm and approve it before the employee changes the tools!

安全卫生 Safety and hygiene

第六十七条 本公司各单位应随时注意工作环境安全与卫生设施             All departments should keep the workplace tidy and clean.

第六十八条 各车间严格执行卫生轮流值日制,凡不打扫卫生者记警告处分

            Employee in the workshop should take turn to clean the workshop. Anybody who doesn’t clean the workshop will be punished.

第六十九条 员工应遵守公司有关安全及卫生诸规定,以保护公司及个人安全。

            Employee should obey the rules about safety and hygiene; make sure the workplace is tidy and clean.

值班管理制度duty management principles

第七十条 公司于节假日及每工作时间外应办一切事务,应另派员工值班处理下列事项:

          Company should appoint certain personnel to be on duty during holidays and weekends. The one who is on duty should deal with the following things

1.临时发生事件及各项必要措施。

  Deal with the daily routine and take necessary action to some problems

2.指挥监督保安人员

  Control and supervise the security guard

3.预防灾害、盗窃及其它危机事项。

  Prevent disaster, stealing and other risk

4.随时注意清洁卫生安全措施与公务保密。

   Keep the workplace tidy and clean, don’t disclose the company secret

5.公司交办的各项事宜。

 Deal with other things that is arranged by the management team

第七十一条 值班员工应按照规定时间在指定场所连续执行任务,不得中途停歇或随意外出,并须在公司内所指定的地方食宿。遇有事情发生可先进行处理,事后分别报告。如遇其职权不能处理的,应立即呈报并请示主管领导办理。

         Attendant should take responsibility as required during holidays and weekends, if something happens and the attendant couldn’t handle it, report it to the management team immediately.

第七十二条 值班员工如遇紧急事件处理得当,使公司减少损失者,公司视其情节给予嘉奖。擅离职守应给予记大过处分,因情节严重造成损失者,从重论处。

           If something urgently happened during holidays or weekends, the attendant handled it successfully, management team should give him a praise.   The attendant will be punished if he did not take his responsibility during holidays or weekends.

第七十三条 值班员工因病和其它原因不能值班的,应先行请假或请其它员工代理并呈准。出差时亦同,代理者应负一切责任。

          If the appointed attendant needs to go on business trip or suddenly get sick, he should inform the management first, and then company will appoint another employee to be on duty.

移交 Work handover

第七十四条 员工因故离职时,应将所负责的公物及经办事务逐件列具清册,在监交人监督下点交接任人员,并会同接任人员提出移交报告书。

           If the employee leaves the company, he should hand over his job to the counterpart.

沟通与投诉 communication and complaint

第七十五条 提案制度:员工可就有关公司经营管理方面随时提出建议,公司定于每月26日进行提案审查。

            Employee Suggestion system: employee could give suggestion to the management team. Management team will go through the suggestion on 26th every month.

第七十六条 接待制度:各部门负责人要针对本部门员工的思想动态时时与员工进行沟通;行政部负责人随时接待员工。

            Communication system: head of all departments should always communicate with the employees; administrative department should also communicate with the employees.

本制度如有疑义,可由行政部解释运用,如有未尽事宜,应另补充修正。

Administrative department should explain this to the employee if any employee has question about this manual. This manual will be updated if necessary.
