颈椎病&瑜伽 <wbr>Neck <wbr>Pain <wbr>& <wbr>Yoga

   These days so many young persons have a common problem named cervical spondylosis. why these days this problem is too much in young people?

     当下许多年轻人都患有一种通病--颈椎病。为什么现在这个问题发生在如此多的年轻人身上?

     The reason is very clear and maybe we just don't like to listen or understand, these days mother father bought a computer for every child or younger.Without computer life is nothing, they feel sick without it. They like to play the games and chat on QQ, or watch movies, so long time sitting on the computer is the main reason, but this does not mean that only these are the main reasons, maybe it differs from person to person, but I can say major and big reason is this.

       原因很明显,只是我们不愿接受而已,那就是父母给孩子们买来了电脑,甚至很小的孩子都开始使用电脑。对他们来说,没有电脑,生活就很无趣,他们会无所适从。孩子们喜欢玩游戏,聊天,看电影…… 电脑前的久坐就是造成颈椎病的主要原因。当然,成因不局限于此,且因人而异。在我看来,久坐是最主要的原因。

     Some others maybe have this problem with wrong sitting gesture from long time, long time office sitting work, bank employees,accident,wrong sleeping habits etc. Maybe reasons can be many more but the easy and harmless solution is Yoga. In yoga some asanas can cure this problem and let u feel relief from this problem.
       其它的原因可能是长时间错误的坐姿,或像银行职员及office lady一样久坐,不良的睡姿,意外受伤等等。尽管原因不同,但是却有一个共同的解决办法,简单无损,就是瑜伽。部分瑜伽体位可以令你摆脱颈椎病的缠绕。

     Need everyday 15-20 minutes for ur body and then u can use ur body next 10 hours without pain, but need regularity.
       每天15-20分钟可以换来10小时的轻松,你愿意吗?坚持二字,谨记在心。


Asanas - Cobra pose, Cat pose, Cat stretch pose,Tiger pose,simple Locust pose (with one leg), Spine relax pose, half plough pose,Crocodile pose, and also can practice some simple neck moments.

体式名称:眼镜蛇式,猫式,猫伸展式,虎式,单腿蝗虫式,脊柱放松式,半犁式,鳄鱼式以及一些简单的颈部动作。

      Please practice all these asanas under a qualified Yoga teacher. Wrong yoga also can hurt u more, so be careful.And also have to improve the life style, everyday take a good rest and good sleep, check ur sitting Gesture, and if kid then Parents have to be careful and correct their kids time by time.

    请在有资质的瑜伽导师指导下练习。错误的瑜伽练习同样会令你受伤,因此务必谨慎。同时,请改进你的生活方式,每天有充足的休息和睡眠。观察你的坐姿是否正确。对于孩子们,请家长注意时常纠正他们的错误姿态。
