★传统拔卸器已被淘汰?

拔卸器,这是一种对设置于机具内孔处的轴承进行取卸用的工具,可卸下镶在轴上的轴承或工件。主要包含一个本体、一个中心轴、一组螺帽、一支承套筒等构件。凭借这些构件组合,无论是损毁至只剩轴承外环,还是未损毁仅欲更新的轴承,都可以被顺利地从内孔中取出。拔卸器特别适合于巨轮、机车、运输设备以及港口机械、矿山机械、冶金水泥制造等各行各业中的设备维修。

有别于传统拔卸器,目前开始流行的液压式拔卸器是一种软臂轴装工件拔卸器,适用性几乎趋于万能,它可以对轴上各种工件特别是双例调心滚柱轴承进行快速的拔卸操作,成功率达到99% 。液压式拔卸器由顶拔器和与之相配套的夹具组成,这种采用软体和夹具代替传统拔卸器的“铁勾力臂”的方式,使液压式拔卸器外形独特,结构合理,解决了传统拔卸器的固有痹病:

首先,在处理“死区”问题上,液压式拔卸器更得天独厚。人们通常把轴上的轴承或工件底部的小缝隙以及一些不规则工件称为“死区”,面对这些“死区”,传统拔卸器常常无可奈何;而液压式拔卸器的软体勾能够进入两毫米的细缝,且它的软体力臂可随工件的不规则性调节不同高度以解决“死区”问题。

其次,传统的拔卸器和轴承工件之间有一个相对角度,因此不能垂直用力,工作范围受限。而液压式拔卸器的结构决定了它可以垂直用力,软力臂相互间的距离也可以进行调节,扩大了拔卸器原有的工作范围。

最后,我们知道传统拔卸器是没有定位装置的,而液压式拔卸器却有定位手柄。

我们必须看到液压式拔卸器的问世为操作者提供了安全可靠的更新换代产品,传统拔卸器已面临被淘汰的威胁。

Puller, a tool used to unload the bearings set in the bearing bore, can unload bearings and workpieces mounted on the shaft. It contains a body, a spigot shaft, a group of screw caps, a sleeve and other parts. Armed with these parts, no matter only the outer race of a bearing is left because of broken-down or only need to update the bearing without any damage, the bearing can be successfully unloaded from the bearing bore. Pullers are especially suitable for equipment maintenance in various industries like large ships, locomotive cars, transposition facilities, harbor machinery, mining machinery, metallurgy, cement making equipments and so on.

Different from traditional pullers, the current popular puller is hydraulic puller which almost suits to unload all workpieces. It can unload various workpieces on the shaft and especially can quickly unload the double-row self-aligning roller bearings, which possess a success ratio of 99%. A hydraulic puller is made up of a top-pull device and clamps matched with it. The method that using flexible arms and clamps to replace the traditional pullers’ iron arms makes the hydraulic puller unique in appearance and reasonable in structure as well as possible to solve the inherent disadvantage of traditional pullers.

Firstly the hydraulic puller has obvious advantage in dealing with those “dead area” which is the common name of those slits at the bottom of bearings and workpieces on the shaft as well as some irregular workpieces. When facing these “dead areas”, traditional pullers can do nothing but the flexible arm can enter the slit as small as two millimeters and can adjust the height according to the irregularity of workpieces and solve those “dead areas”.

Secondly there is a relative angle between a traditional puller and workpieces so the puller can’t work vertically, which limit its application field. While the structure of hydraulic puller makes it possible to work vertically and the distance among various flexible arms can be adjusted so the application area of pullers is enlarged.

At last as we all know traditional pullers don’t have locating device while hydraulic pullers possess locating handle.

We must see that hydraulic puller is a safe and reliable renewal product for operators, while the traditional pullers are facing the trend of dying out.
