馋嘴零食自己做----香喷喷的猪肉脯

 

猪肉脯,

在我小时候,那是一道非常昂贵的零食,

哪怕是过年也不一定能吃上一回,

现在,

虽然有钱可以买来吃了,

但是食品安全问题却越来越多,

我想,如果自己会做,那就完美了~

 

 

[香喷喷的猪肉脯]

材料:猪里脊肉400克  料酒3克、生抽10克、黑胡椒1克、糖3克、 盐1克

芝麻10克  蜂蜜10克

制作:

1 猪里脊肉400克剁成肉末(要挑选精的肉,肥的肉在烤的时候会出油厉害)

2 在肉末中加入:料酒3克、生抽10克、黑胡椒1克、糖3克、盐1克,将肉末用

筷子朝一个方向搅打,打上3-5分钟即可;

3 在案板上铺上一张锡纸,涂上一层色拉油,将肉末倒在上面,盖上一层保

鲜膜,用擀面杖将肉末擀平整,要薄而厚度一致。

 

4 将擀好的肉片连同锡纸一起移到烤盘,烤箱预热到180度,上下火,中层,

将烤盘送入烤箱子,烤15分钟后取出来,将盘子侧过来,倒掉水分,然后在

肉表面刷上一层蜂蜜,撒上白芝麻,继续入烤箱;

 

5 继续烤制20分钟后,将烤盘取出,将肉片翻面,继续入烤箱烤制,

6 继续烤制20分钟后再翻面烤下,烤到感觉水分全无的状态,香气弥漫整屋,

整齐缩小一半左右,感觉肉片结实的很了,就是烤好了。

 

7 最后烤制的几分钟要在边上监护好,以免烤焦。烤好后晾凉切条即可食用。

猪的里脊肉要比带肥油部分来得更健康,脂肪含量相对较少;

猪里脊肉,肉质比较嫩,比较容易消化,它含有丰富的优质蛋白质,可以促进

身体健康的成长;猪肉还可提供血红素铁和半胱氨酸,半胱氨酸可以促进铁

的吸收,能改善缺铁性贫血.

 

 

子瑜妈妈的主妇心得:

1 猪肉一定记得选择精肉部分,这样油脂比较少,也比较适合烤制;

2 按自己口味,可以加其他的调味料进去,比如说,辣的,比如说五香的;

3 在用烤箱的时候.这里提到的时间和火力仅供大家参考,因为每家的烤箱

火力都有可能不一样;

4 在烤制的最后时间记得在边上看护,以免烤焦,但是也不要离太近了.

5 中途发现有水分稀出的时候,可以带上隔热手套,将烤盘取出,侧过来,将

水份倒掉.注意安全,小心烫到手;

6 在擀肉片的时候,一定要擀的厚薄均匀,这样烤的时候才会受热均匀;
