喜欢这个口味---麻酱拌猪肚子

 

各位亲爱的朋友们,大家新年好,

年前我生了场大病,感受到了健康不生病对于一给人来说是多么的重要,

祈求今年不再生病了.也祝愿每一位朋友都身体健康不生病,

 

年前拖下了几道年菜没编辑,这几天空在家里,就发发吧

先上这道我妈妈的拿手菜,麻酱拌猪肚.

 

 

 

 

材料: 猪肚1个  芝麻酱50克,香菜10克,大蒜10克,姜3克,醋10克,芝麻油5克,

生抽20克,鸡精1克 (还可按自己口味调整)

制作步骤:

1 将新鲜猪肚子用醋洗一遍再用粗盐搓洗一遍,(怕还有气味的可反复两遍,)

2 将猪肚焯下水,更好的去味道.

3 将猪肚放入砂锅中,加日大半锅水,没过猪肚,加入葱姜和料酒.大火煮开口改

小火煮1个半小时左右.煮的期间当心猪肚与砂锅底部结底,注意适当翻动几次.

4 煮好后将猪肚捞出晾凉切条备用;

5 将做好的麻将淋上即可食用,

6 建议每次食用不要超过80克.

麻酱制作:

将芝麻酱倒入小碗中,加入醋,将芝麻酱调稀,然后加入   香菜大蒜和姜末拌匀;

加入芝麻油、生抽和鸡精拌匀即可使用。

1 不喜欢放麻酱的可以不放,酱的食材搭配可按自己的喜好来.

2011年1月7日

晚上蛋蛋洗刷好迅速的钻进被子里,叫我关灯,

不一会而,我发现我被忽悠了,

我听到"喀次!喀次!"吭饼干的声音,

我说:"你在偷吃饼干啊!上交!"

 

蛋蛋把手伸出来上交了,

一把的饼干,我的天,

我怕她被子里闹的都是饼干屑,

掀开被子,晕倒,一大包的饼干藏在里面.

这只老鼠可真是有本事~~敢这样忽悠老妈
