这几天,

姐妹们都在研究君之的那款牛奶小方块饼干.

有的说做起来太简单了,

有的说烤焦了,

有的说做出来的跟石头一样的.

还有的说做出来的变形了.

说的我心里怪痒痒的很,特别想证实下,

到底应该是怎么样子的.

终于,今天我也做了.

 

昨天晚上烘了一炉,心得体会一大堆,

帖子尾部会有主妇心得部分,这里略过;

今天孩子幼儿园家长开放日.

我带上饼干去幼儿园与小朋友们分享了.

 

 

 

可以串着吃的饼干--牛奶穿孔方块小饼干

 

制作材料:

低面 145克  牛奶40克  奶粉15克  糖粉40克  黄油35克  蛋液15克

制作步骤:

1 将黄油融化成液体,倒入15克鸡蛋,再加入35克牛奶,搅拌均匀;

2 再加入糖粉和奶粉搅拌均匀;

3 再筛入低面,用刮刀搅拌,然后用手揉捏成团,注意,不要过度揉捏,成团即可停止;

4 将面团醒上15分钟;

 

5 将面团用擀面杖擀成0.3CM高度的薄片;

6 用刀切成1CM见方的小块;

7 均匀的码在垫了锡纸的烤盘上;

8 用筷子的细头插入饼干中央,戳个孔.方便成熟和后期穿线.

9 入烤箱170度5分钟.中层,上下火.

(注意在边上看护好,以免烤焦.注意安全,眼睛不要离玻璃面太近哦)

主妇心得:

1 黄油软化或者融化其实很简单,我都直接放微波炉转个10秒软化,

20秒融化.记得用最小的火力哦;

 

2 这款饼干有一定的硬度,所以在选材和制作上都要很小心,以免

导致饼干过分的硬.如果做的到位置的话,其实也不怎么硬的,还是

有一定的酥度的.

 

要想饼干做的不是很硬的话,记得面粉一定要选择低面,在揉成

面团的时候,一旦成型要立即助手,不要过多揉捏;在切的时候,尽量

的将饼干做的小而薄,这样一口一个,不会觉得硬,放入口中也极易

软化,口感更佳.
