    Though sharing the general characters of Chinese Realism Oil Painting, Wang Yidong’s works still have their own subtle artistic expression. Vibrant red, subtle black, sunshine and beautiful country girls are frequent elements in Wang Yidong’s works. In such a world, we can rediscover those rustic, cozy and peaceful feelings. 

    Chen Zhuo & Huang Keyi’s works portray the country as a frenzied fun park where Chairman Mao gives his blessing to roller-coaster riders, where romantic love merges happily with shopping and the sky is too blue to be true.

    Yu Hang's works not only captures fantasized imagination from traditional literature, but also illusions of cosplay game in a modern girls' dormitory. By these works, Yu Hang explores how female perceive their bodies in a male-dominated social woes. She also tries to construct a cultural and mental map, examining the fact that traditional culture imprints our obsession and fantasy on the female body.
