         前两天,听收音机在讨论,征求大家意见,要不要对糖,象烟酒一样,另外征税.理由是,跟烟酒一样它毁了人们的健康,让政府的医疗开支大增.

         我的天,你相信吗?美国人平均消费2-3磅糖每星期.从20年前的26磅每年,上升到现在的135磅每年.糖吃多,最大坏处是会
抑制人的免疫力,让你容易生病.

      下面的文摘,俺翻着翻着就没耐心了.亲们,感兴趣的,自翻翻吧,总之,听上去,多吃糖跟吃毒药也差不多啦.米国的东西,象pop(各种有气饮料的通称),甜甜圈,甜点,冰咖啡....都高糖,少碰为妙啦.
