儲存方式:
置放與陰涼乾燥處,密封保存,避免陽光直接照射,嚴禁擠壓。或在冰箱保鮮,建議溫度0度最佳,不可和魚肉等味重物品一起保存。

工藝花茶的製作分為三個階段:

1)    將手工精心揀選過符合質量要求的食用之鮮花(如茉莉、玫瑰花等)烘焙與九成干后用棉紗線穿過花蕊,整理成型后烘焙至足干。

2)    用2-7厘米的帶經茶芽特殊工藝處理后,其中下部由一道或多道棉紗捆扎成束。

3)    把已整理的干花(工艺的第一条)由细线系固在成束带茎茶芽(制作工艺第二条)的捆匝处,再模压成莲花状右椭圆球状,然后烘焙足干。

 

 

飲茶備注:

1)     一顆花茶只能放在一個壺中。

2)     開水沖泡,沖泡時請先把茶球放入壺中,開水不能直接對準茶球,要沿壺壁倒入。(一定是用水壺燒開在100°以上的溫度沖泡,用溫度達不到100°如飲水機用水時,可能會影響效果)。

3)     沖泡3分鐘后飲用最佳,可多次續水。

4)     口感因個人口味不同,因此無法一概而論。

 

 

茶具備注:

1)     本站提供茶具不能放到電磁爐上燒。

2)     建議使用本站專用茶具,以便充分展示藝術茶造型。如使用其他茶具,應選用標內高度10cm、直徑7cm透明的玻璃器皿。

Blooming Flower tea is an artistic tea that takes the shape of a flower in your teapot.  The flavor is high quality, with the additional artistic value.

 

After boiled water is poured over the flowers, they will open slowly.  It takes around 3 minutes for the process to complete and get the most

Product description:

Storage instructions: 

Make sure to store the tea in a cool dry place.  Keep the product sealed and out of sunlight.  Don’t let anything weigh down on it.  You can put  in the refrigerator or freezer.  0°C is the best storage temperature.  Do not store with fish meats or any other strong odors.

 

 

Duration:  18 months

 

 

Blooming Tea’s production can be broken into three parts

 

1)      High quality flowers are chosen by hand (such as Jasmine or Roses) and are then cured until 90% dry.  Then the flowers are linked with cotton string, after which they are cured the rest of the way.

2)      2-7 centimeters of the best fresh buds with the most nutritional benefits are sorted and collected, they are then tightly bound together with cotton string

3)      The fresh buds and flowers are then strung together into a circular shape, after which they are cured until fully dry.

 

 

Use

1)      Only one packet per pot

2)      Place the tea flower in the pot before you add water.  Don’t pour boiling water directly on the tea, but rather pour down the pot walls.  ( Make sure to use a kettle in order to boil the water to 100`C or higher before you add the water, don’t use a normal water dispenser as it doesn’t reach 100`C)

3)      Tea is best taken 3 minutes after adding the water, you can refill the water multiple times

4)       Everyone’s taste is different; what is strong and weak tea will be different with different people

 

 

Preparation:

1)   Do not use an electronic pot to heat the water with the tea inside, however you can use a candle underneath the pot for heating.

2)   We recommend that you use LiNong tea sets, as they are fit specifically for this kind of tea, using transparent glass with height of 10cm and a diameter of 7cm
