儿童哲学思维能力的培养框架-Good Thinker's Tool Kit

    根据早前自己阅读《中小学英语教学与研究》杂志的一篇文章了解到“Good Thinker's Tool Kit”关键词,要真正了解它看来需要有“高起跳、深探底”的想法,阅读文献,从参考文献出处通常能拔出萝卜带出泥。从探究型学习社区(Community of Inquiry)到反思性探究型学习社区(Reflective Community of Inquiry)的创建和应用,美国夏威夷大学教授(Thomas Jackson)托马斯·杰克逊为培养儿童的高阶思维(High Order Thinking Skills)而提出在课堂内外培养儿童的哲学思维过程。儿童哲学P4C(Philosophy for Children),这个简称与自己5年前在新浪开通的博客域名真是有点巧合:(教师)互助指导的同伴,P4C (Peers for Coaching)。现在深入了解一下儿童哲学P4C(Philosophy for Children)的核心理念有哪些?具体引导儿童思考的操作路径和策略有哪些?这个儿童哲学思维框架:W-R-A-I-T-E-C,每个字母代表基于Good Thinker的一种认知能力。

W What do you mean by...? What is the problem? What is going on here? What have I forgotten to ask? What else do I need to know?

R Are reasons being offered to support claims?

A Are we aware of and identifying key assumptions being made?

I Are we aware of inferences being made and possible implications of what is being said?

T Is what is being said true? How could we find out?

E Are EXAMPLES being given or is EVIDENCE being offered to support or illustrate claims?

C Are there any counter-examples to the claim being made?
