常用的变频器分为低、中、高压变频器

    1 、低压变频器是指400V工控变频器。电子技术中将交流变成直流称顺变,也称整流。交流变直流的变频器通常称整流器。将直流变为频率可调的交流电流就称逆变。把工频电源(50Hz)交流变成任意频率、任意电压的逆变装置称为变频器。从其电路的结构上分为交—直—交和交—交变频器。交—直—交变频器按照交流电机电源电压的控制方法的不同,分为电压型和电流型两种。
改变变频器的输出电压或输出电流有二种不同的方法,即PAM脉冲幅值调制控制和PWM脉冲宽度调制控。
PAM因为受晶闸管换流时间的限制不能工作在高频下,PWM输出脉冲的幅值恒定,通过控制逆变器输出电压的导通脉冲频率和宽度来同时改变输出频率和电压,运用晶体管、可关断晶闸管具有高速开关特性和自关断特性,来做逆变器开关元件,采用PWM方式变得更容易实现,为此大多数逆变器都采用PWM控制方式。
  2、中、高压变频器:所谓中高压变频器,指应用在600V以上的至10KV运转调速设备上的变频控制器。中压有600V、1000V。3000V、6000V和10KV等属于中高压变频器。因为其输入输出电压等级较高,在结构上必需有整套高压投入切换设备,采用功率单元串联叠加的高压输出方式,借助计算机控制,经高压母线、断路器移相变压器、功率单元、控制器等组成完整的高压变频控制系统。
