因此,自我实行就变得更有效,因为你的运动和导向是在理解、洞察和认识之中完成的,你有一个清晰的出发点作为你自己。因此,逐步走过有意识心智中的思想设计的机械动力学会简化你的进程,尤其是当你在你的世界和现实之中遇到这样一些经历的时刻:当你面临那个时刻时,在你的内心中你就好像 “哪也不在”同时却又“无处不在”。(译注:指迷惑状态)

 

有效果的做法是看一看在“Desteni实际运用”博客中正在讨论的思想设计。看一看你到底在面对、处理或经历什么,这样你能为你自己提供一个平台/稳定出发点,由此在你自己之内指导你自己的如下这个进程:你协助和支持你自己活在这里,活在实际的真实的物质界中,而不是活在我们心智意识系统里面的、我们将自己分离成的多维度虚构现实或世界中。

 

所以在这个访谈中我将触及已经讨论过的几点,只是在以下方面对它们做进一步扩展:在当你从事和行走进程时的实际现实考虑方面。

 

第一点是许多人都有的一种倾向,就是将所有的注意力都集中到并作为做法的一个流程/部分/点,达到这样一种程度以至:那个你在试图/尝试作为你自己来进行处理、走过或指导的事物反倒支配你——因为通过给予它绝对的关注和聚集以及相应的力量,你事实上是在喂养它,或是给予它存在和加剧的力量/能量。

 

尤其是在你的进程开始/初期阶段时,你开始实际践行协助和支持你自己“作为呼吸行走”并停止参与思想。许多人都有的倾向是太过关注在这上面,以至实际上把自己活成了“类似僵尸的状态”——为了试图/尝试停止你的思想,你的所有焦点和关注都在它们上,这导致你在实际现实参与中功能失常。

 

因此,停止参与思想并不是要将你的注意力聚焦到或指向思想,而只是认识到你现在要在你的世界和现实中将这点纳入到考虑之中。所以,你并不是要变成你身上的“老大”一样,持续不断地监视着你心智中的思想——这时你感觉你的眼睛好像实际变大了,你的身体变得紧绷,你的呼吸也变得好像短促——你就好像是在你自己之内监视着你自己,等待着下一个思想的来临。

 

对这样一种做法,还是来看看普通常识:你在接受和允许你自己将你自己分离到心智中,因为你的焦点和关注在心智中,而你实际上并没有在这里作为呼吸在物质世界中参与你的世界和现实。必须要问的问题是:“你在哪里?” 我们正在行走的进程是走出心智而进入物质界,因此是要持续地参与于你的物质世界中。当你看到或认识到“啊,我的天啊”,你又跑到你的头脑中了,你的念头正在升起——你呼吸,你停止,你确保你的焦点和关注在你的呼吸这里。所以,你呼吸几次,再次参与到你的实际物质现实之中。

 

这些协助和支持尤其是为那些处于他们进程初期/开始阶段停止参与思想的人提供的。

 

然后是关于你的勤奋、自律和明确性——停止你的参与,使你自己停止接受和允许你自己漫步进多维度的境域,也就是由对知识和信息的自我投射的观念和解释所构成的显现为人格定义的虚构现实——你开始更多地活在物质界这里,由此你变得对你的物理体验更加觉察——然后你的觉察实际上开始改变,或你变得可以说是更“有意识”。

 

还尚未觉察——“自我觉察”是你的自我觉察,意思是:你在自我主导原则行动、生活和表达中在你的世界和经历的所有方面都实际地觉察着你自己。所以,就在这一刻,此进程仍然只是变得对作为心智意识系统的你自己更有意识,这时你开始实际认识、看到和理解你在事实上究竟是什么。

 

然后你的“有意识觉察”开始转变到你的物质现实,你开始觉察到你的行动、你的行为、你的话语、你的声音、你的音调诸如此类事情,然后从这里你开始经验到你的潜意识心智,然后最终是你的无意识心智,开始浮现出你的秘密心智思想,还有你的秘密心智行动和行为。然后最终你到达你的物质心智,这时你看到你的行为、你的习惯、你的物理动作的底层因素。从这里你开始的进程是:实际地协助和支持你自己活在实际真实的物质界这里。

 

因此,是要注——“注意”,是的,是要在你的现实中的实际生活实行中留意那一点,不要被那个你正试图停止的事物所支配,并在你的日常生活中协助和支持你自己的自我实行,处在这里、在物质界中——这正是我们在协助和支持我们自己是和成为的事物。

 

然后是一个实际例子,是关于在我们的世界和现实中的日常活动中我们所参与的有意识心智思想的影响程度——以便给你一个迹象,表明在多大程度上我们实际上一直只是在思考“我们自己”,只想到我们自己和考虑我们自己,甚至当我们在我们思想之中,也就是我们心智意识系统里的述说之中,提到某个事物和/或某个其它事物时,思想总是关于或揭示自己的一个方面或部分——而这一点我也在“Desteni实际运用”博客中讨论了,那里我使用了“中性当前现实思想(neutral-current-reality-thoughts)”的例子。

 

我在博客中也详细说明了存在于心智意识系统的有意识心智中的思想类型——在“中性当前现实思想”中,例如当一个鸟突然在你的影响范围中出现或表达它自己时,一个人可能会做出关于此事的某种念头的述说,例如:你突然地、出乎意料地看到这只鸟,这只鸟在以各种各样的模式和表达形式在自然界中飞翔,你在观察这只鸟,在你看到这只鸟的时刻,例如(在心中)说到:“我想要像那样飞”或“我希望我能飞”。

 

仅就这个述说而言——许多人显然会问这个问题:“但是为什么这是个思想?” 这是个思想,因为在那一刻你必须问你自己的问题是:“你在你的现实中与这只鸟在一起的那个时刻,你在哪里?”你事实上在那一刻是在考虑你自己,因为你在考虑你自己体验飞翔的欲望。你在那一刻根本就没有这只鸟、自然、你的环境中存在于这里的事物同在,也就是你等同一如这只鸟,并这只鸟共同体验那个时刻,体验它在飞翔中并作为飞翔表达它自己的方式。

 

但是,事实上,心智意识系统中的象征符号显现在现实中的方式是:你立即看到了翅膀,翅膀的象征符号传输进你的无意识心智所显现的图像数据库中,然后“翅膀”或“羽毛”的象征符号被激活了,由此你的共鸣、无意识的抑制、欲望、压抑浮现出来并显现成为一个思想——“我想要飞”或“我希望我能像那样飞”,所以实际显现在我们的有意识心智中的思想是无意识人格(我们接受和允许了我们自己将其定义为我们自己)的共鸣显现的投射。

 

因此这也是为什么在行走进程中,一个人的有意识心智中的思想实际上揭示了许多关于我们自己的方面,因为它是我们,因为存在于我们之内的唯一的存在显现(being-manifestation)就是我们。而这是许多人必须要真正理解的:存在于你里面的一切事物,是你,它们全都是你并且仅仅是你——因此,与你自己发生的一切事情都反映你,反映你自己独自一人。

Sunette Thoughts: The Material of Self-Belief

I'm currently in a process of discussing thought-designs within my blog called Practical Desteni(*), wherein I'm walking everyone through the structural design of and as the mind, wherein were starting with thought-designs in the conscious mind, and busy walking this in detail and specificationto assist and support with understanding and realising and seeing what it is that were, in fact, existing as, as the mind-consciousness-system. Because within and as that understanding, realisation and seeing, one is able to specify one's self-application in relation to oneself as the mind consciousness systembecause, you see, understand, and realise what it is that youre working with or dealing with or facing as yourself.

 

And so, in terms of self-application, [it] becomes more effective, because your movement and direction is done within understanding, insight, and realisation; youve got a starting point of clarity that is yourself. And, therefore, in terms of walking through the mechanics and dynamics of thought-designs in the conscious mind, it simplifies ones process, especially when one gets to moments of experience within your world and your reality and one faces that moment where it feels like youreno-whereandeverywhereat the same time inside yourself.

 

What would, for example, be effective, is: to have a look at the thought-designs that are being discussed in the blog Practical Desteni. Have a look at what it is that you are facing, dealing with or experiencing, and within that you can have a platform/stable starting-point for yourself from which to direct yourself within yourself, in relation to your process of assisting and supporting yourself in living here in the actual real physical, instead of the make-believe realities or worlds of dimensions that we have separated ourselves into within our mind consciousness system.

 

So within this interview Id like to touch on some points that have been discussed, just to expand on them further in terms of practical-reality considerations when one works with and walks process.

 

The first point is the tendency many have, which is to focus all of their attention into and as one stream/ part/ point of application, to such an extent that that which you are attempting to/ trying to work through/ walk through or direct as yourself, possesses you - because you're actually feeding it or giving it the power/ energy to exist and to compound, through giving it your absolute attention and focus, and thus power.

 

So, for example in terms of, especially within the beginning/ initial stages of your process, where you start walking the practical application of assisting and supporting yourself to walk as breathand stop participating as thoughtsnow, many have the tendency to focus on that to such an extent where one actually lives oneself into thiszombie-like state, wherein all your focus and attention goes to your thoughts, in terms of attempting to/ trying to stop themand then you become dysfunctional in your practical reality participation.

 

So, in terms of, for example, stopping participation in thoughts: its not to focus your attention to or towards the thoughtsit's simply to realise that you've now got that point to take into consideration in your world and your reality. So, its not to, now, become like thisBig Brotherupon yourself, in relation to constantly and continuously watching your thoughts within your mind, where youll feel like your eyes, like, actually enlarge, your body tightens, your breath, again, becomes, like, short-breathedand you're just like kind of watching yourself inside yourself, waiting for the next thought to come.

 

In terms of such application, again: have a look at the common sense, in terms of you accepting and allowing yourself to separate yourself into the mind, because your focus and attention is in the mind you're not, in fact, here as breath in the physical, participating in your world and your reality;Where are you?is the question that has to be asked. And we are walking the process out of the mind and into the physical, so it's to continue participating in your physical. When you see or realise thatoh my god, youre again in your head, your thoughts comingyou breathe, you stop, you make sure that your focus and attention is here with your breath. So, you breathe a couple of breaths and you can again participate within your practical physical reality.

 

And this [is] some assistance and support for those that especially are in their initial/beginning stages of process, stopping participation in thought.

 

And then, in terms of your diligence and discipline and specificity and stopping your participation, stopping yourself from accepting and allowing yourself to wander off into the realms of multi-dimensions that are make-belief realities of self-projected ideas and interpretations of knowledge and information, manifested as definitions of personalities and you start to live more here in the physical where you become so much more aware of your physical experiencethen your awareness actually starts changing, or, you become moreconscious, so to speak.

 

Not yet aware – ‘self-awarenessis your SELF-AWARENESS, meaning: where youre actually aware of yourself in your directive principle actions and living and expression within all aspects of your world and experience. So, at the moment, the process is still only: becoming conscious of yourself as the mind-consciousness-system, wherein you start actually realising, seeing and understanding what it is that you are in fact.

 

And then your conscious awarenessstarts changing to your physical reality, where you start becoming aware of your actions, your behaviours, your words, your sounds, your tonalities and things like thatand then from there, you start experiencing your subconscious mind and then eventually your unconscious mind, in relation to your secret-mind thoughts that start emerging as well, and your secret-mind actions and behaviours. And then eventually you get to your physical mind, where you then see the underlying factors in your behaviour, your habits, your physical movements. And from there, one starts the process of actually assisting and supporting oneself to live here in the actual real physical.

 

So, it's to pay – ‘pay attention, yes, to take note of that point in practical living application in your reality, [so] that you don't become possessed by the very thing that you're trying to stopand to assist and support yourself in self-application in your day to day living, to be here in the physicalthat's what we are assisting and supporting ourselves to be and become.

 

And then, just a practical example in relation to the extent of the influence of conscious mind thoughts that we participate within in our daily activities within our world and in our realities to give you an indication of and to what extent we actually always only thinkourselvesandonly think of ourselves and about ourselves, even when we within our thoughts as statements within our mind consciousness system mention something and/ or something else, the thought always pertains or reveals an aspect or a part of selfand this, I also discussed within the blogPractical Desteniwhere I utilized the example ofneutral-current-reality-thoughts.

 

Now, I specify within the blog as well the types of thoughts that exist within the mind-consciousness-systems conscious mindand, withinneutral-current-reality-thoughts, one would for example make the statement as the thought of a bird suddenly emerging or expressing itself within ones moment of sphere of influence, like: suddenly, unexpectedly you see this bird and the bird is flying in all sorts of patterns and expressions within nature and you're observing this bird, and in the moment you see this bird you, for example, make the statementI'd like to fly like that, orI wish I could fly.

 

And, just within that statement many would obviously ask the question with regards tobut why is that a thought?It is a thought, because, in that moment, the question you have to ask yourself is:where are you in relation to that moment within your reality with the bird?Youre in fact thinking about yourself in that moment, because youre thinking about your own desire to experience flying. You are not at all in that moment WITH the bird, WITH nature, WITH what is here in your environment, where you stood equal to and one with the bird and experiencing that moment WITH the bird in how it expresses itself within and as it's flying.

 

But, when, in fact, in terms of how the symbolism within the mind consciousness system manifests within reality, is: you immediately saw the wings, for example, and the wingssymbolism transferred into your unconscious mind manifested picture database, and the symbolism ofwingsorfeathersactivatedand accordingly, your resonant, unconscious inhibitions, desires, suppressions emerged and manifested into and as a thought, of and asId like to fly, orI wish I could fly like that, and so the thoughts that actually manifest in our conscious mind are resonant manifested projections of unconscious personalities that we have accepted and allowed ourselves to define ourselves as.

 

And thus why, in terms of within walking ones process, there is much ones thought within ones conscious mind actually says about us, because it is us, because the only being-manifestation that exists within us, is us. And thats what many must really understand, that in everything that exists inside you, is you, it is all you and only youand thus, everything that happens with yourself reflects you, yourself alone.

 

All right, heres some practical considerations and examples in relation to what we exist as, as the mind consciousness system and how conscious mind thoughts towards our world and our reality, actually reflect parts of ourselvesand that we are, in fact, always only thinking about ourselvesand that were not in fact here, within and as realityand, that were currently in the process of assisting and supporting ourselves to do just that, so that, when we are with the bird thats in our reality, that: we're WITH the bird - we're not only thinking of ourselvesand that we are, within that, able to share experiences with ourselves as parts of ourselves as reality as for example the bird, and actually explore the true nature of ourselves in equality and oneness.
