在屋子不开空调的情况下，我创作出了这边汗津津的范文。。。
Nowadays the problems associated with developing countries has
been attracted much attention from the public.
Funds from the International organization play a vital role in boosting the development of those countries whose economy is in a lower level. To start with, countries suffered from starvation are in the highly need of the money itself. If these countries are provided with some advice, like how to increase the yield of the corn, their citizens may still lie under the hungriness. Also, funds from the other wealthy countries could help the developing countries to enhance the quality and quantity of the fundamental facilities. As a result of it, people living in the developing countries get the chance to enjoy the achievements of the technical progress in the process of globalization.
On the other hand, some people claim that maybe the practical assistance or some suggestions are more usable for the developing countries. Reasons are easily found to support this argument. It is hard for some undeveloped nations to cope with the creeping of some special disease, such as AIDS. Obviously, AIDS is, considering its complexity, impossible to be controlled by the Africa counties who are suffered from its creeping, which means cash makes little sense to reduce the number of the infected people. Whereas, some practical aid, like medical care form the countries possessing advanced medical technique, are probably more effective to cure those people infected by AIDS.
To sum up, both financial and practical assistance are essential to these less developed countries. In my point of view, International organizations are supposed to support them effectively, sometimes by funds, while sometimes by practical aid.
