为取得北京户口，20多岁的央视女记者张某被“国情局局长”骗财、骗色。此案是在警方查办一起大学违规招生案时，抓获了骗子程朝俊，警方在他随身携带的行李中发现了被骗女记者的户口复印件、收条等物品，以此为线索破获了这起诈骗案。日前，假冒“国情局长”的程朝俊一审被判刑10年半。
In order to obtain the Beijing
registered residence, the journalist Ms. Zhang at her
20s was cheated by the so-called minister of National
Intelligence Service both financially and sexually.
When the police was dealing with the case of illegal enrollment of
a college, they caught the cheater Cheng Zhaojun, from whom they
found a copy of the journalist’s registered residence and receipt
in his carry-on luggage. They made good use of this clue and solved
the case. As a result, the fake minister
was sentenced to have an imprisonment as
long as 10.5 years.
2007年底，程朝俊提出聘用张某为《国情内参》的兼职编辑，并要求其保证“必要的时候为国家利益奉献肉体”。
此后程朝俊在酒店开了房间，称要对张某进行考验，二人发生了性关系。而张某的北京户口迟迟未办成。

her body for the interest of the country when necessary”. Then
Cheng reserved a room in the hotel claiming to test her and the two

深渊之鱼”，置身于央视的保护圈里，不仅安全得很，而且高贵得很，但是她偏偏经受不起诱惑，当有人抛出“北京户口”这种“美食”和“香饵”时，她就心旌摇动、魂不守舍，既不去想想对方居心如何，也不去探究一下对方是何用心，就一下子扑了上去，结果赔了“身子”又坏了名声。正所谓：贞洁诚可贵，名声价更高，若为“户口”故，二者皆可抛。
As the saying goes “the flying bird
dies from eating greedily; the fish in the deep abyss dies from the
bait.”The journalist from CCTV was a“flying bird”and
“a fish in the abyss”before under the protection of the CCTV, safe
and dignified. However, she couldn’t resist to the temptation when
someone presented “Beijing registered residence”as the “food”and
“bait”. She wavered and lost her mind. She rushed to it without
careful consideration and ruined both her body and her fame. Just
like the poem goes“The chastity is precious, while the
fame is more expensive. Once for the sake of ‘registered
residence’, the two will be
discarded.”
女记者、大骗子、户口、特工，此案可以引起许多话题。不是程朝俊怎样行骗和女记者为何受骗，不是人们该不该同情女记者，而是女记者明知受骗为什么不报案？
The

residence and the secret agent, this case involves so many topics.
What matters is not how Cheng carried out his cheating and how the
journalist was cheated, and whether people should have pity on her.
