stores in beijing from monday.the coupons worth RMB 100 each ,wil
be given to people who show their identity cards,each consumer only
gets one coupon to use as cash to buy home appliances worth over
RMB 1000 in suing stores.

The United States is falling behind other advanced economies in
its use of and access to telephone and Internet technology,
according to a UN report published yesterday.
