1　法律副总裁的名意不能算名正言顺，毕竟上面还有CEO。

2　sorry在这里不是对不起，是难过，遗憾的意思，比如，你听到邻居说，我的老公住院了，My husband have stayed in hospital, 你可以说 I am so sorry, 不是我做了错事，对不起，而是我很难过。

3　海明不是不懂英文，在美国能做律师，是我非常佩服的，不过他不是美国出生，美国长大的，奋斗了二十年，也只能做不出庭的律师，比如遗产，车祸索赔这些文案工作，要出庭，英语要比本地人还要好很多，这一生不是一般人可以达到的。　海明解释这封信就是CNN道歉，是因为在这件事他的影响已达到，知名度也上升到顶点，再进行下去讨不了好，该是收兵的时候了。
