     对话一:

     AExcuse  me ,Miss。You look puzzled .Can i help  you ?

      B:Oh ,yes .I seem to be lost. Could you tell me how I can get to the National Museum.

     A:女士,打扰了。你看起来不知所措,有什末我可以帮忙的吗?

     B:哦,是的。我好像迷路了。你可以告诉我国家博物馆怎末走吗?

     A:Sure.You can take the subway to get there.

     B:I just can't figure out the subway system at all.As soon as I get underground I lose my sense of direction.

     A:当然,您可以坐地铁去。

     B:我搞不清这儿的地铁系统。我一进地铁站,就完全失去方向感了。

     A:OK.I understand .You could take bus No.5 get there. The bus stop ib just across the street ,see?

     B:Oh,I got it.Thank you .And could you tell me  the way to the nearest bank? I need to withdraw some money.

     A:好的,我明白了。您可以搭乘5路公共汽车去那里,车站就在马路对面,您看到了吗?

     B:哦,看到了。谢谢您。您可以告诉我离这儿最近的银行怎末走吗?我想取点钱。

     A:The nearest bank is a little far from here. I suggest using an ATM. There are some ATM's on the second floor of this building.They accept international cards.You can take the escalator around that corner.

     B:Thank you very much . You have been a big help.

     A:从这儿去银行有点儿远。我建议您用自动提款机,在这幢大厦的二楼就有几台,都接受国际银行卡。您可以从拐角处的电梯上去。

     B:非常感谢。你帮了我大忙了。

     A:No problem. My pleasure.Have a nice day and enjoy you stay here!

     A:不客气,乐意效劳。祝您今天愉快,在这儿过得开心。

     对话二:

   A:Excuse me .Are you a volunteer?

     B:Yes,I am .What can i do for you ,sir?

     A:打扰一下。请问您是志愿者吗?

     B:是的。请问有什末我可以为您效劳的,先生?

     A:Can you tell me what's going on here ? Why can't we go into the stadium?

     B:I'm sorry ,sir.Before entering the stadium ,all spectators must go through the security check.And that takes some time.

     A:您能告诉我这儿发生了什莫事吗?为什莫我们不能进体育场?

     B:对不起,先生。所有观众进入体育场之前都必须通过安全检察,这需要一点时间。

     A:I see.It seems that we have to wait quite a while.

     B:I'm sorry about that. But this is a necessary procedure.

     A: 原来是这样。看来我们得等上好一会了。

     B:非常抱歉。但这是个必要的程序。

     A:But there's such a long queue.

     B:Please accept our apology .I hope you can understand .

     A:可是您看队伍这末长。

     B:很抱歉。希望您能理解。

     A:That's all right.You're doing what you have to do .

     B:Thank you for you understanging.I'm sure it won't take too long.

     A: 没关系。你们只是尽力做好工作而已。

     B:谢谢您的理解。我相信这不会占用太长时间的。

     背诵这两段对话,了解这种情景下的一般回答。当别人用另外一种方式回答你的时候,不要不知所措。要微笑,保持镇定,想出最合适的回答!
