Time goes by so fast. Suddenly another Christmas is coming. This is the holidays that every child and even adults look forward, so do I. Like to take the ease from intense work, just do not know whether the department can put us to rest at home one day. Starting from the last week, it seemed to me that, the users had a hard-fought fight at work since the change of the traditional system. Overwhelming by messages coming from different directions, we had delayed items, but one week after, users have accumulated some experience, at least got to know where to find the messages that have not handled yet, can be considered a major step forward cross.
