上海市妇女保健所举办《基层妇幼保健人员健康教育技能培训班》

为了提高妇幼保健人员（接产医院健康教育的提供者）的专业知识和技能水平，提高其孕产期保健服务的提供能力，上海市妇女保健所在 2008年6月2日至6月5日举办了为期三天半的培训班，在培训班上邀请全国知名的妇女保健专家华嘉增教授主讲《孕产期保健服务的最新进展》；朱丽萍所长主讲《健康教育和健康促进》的相关理论以及在孕产期保健工作中的应用；为了提高专业人员的保健服务能力，邀请资深的孕产期临床和保健人员教授上海市孕产期健康教育的工作要求、营养、遗传优生咨询、女性心理保健和沟通咨询技巧等、更年期健康教育等内容，；为了提高健康教育的能力和专业人员的授课效果，专门邀请专家在培训班上进行演讲技巧和PLA(participatory learning and action approval)教学法讲座；除此之外，考虑到可能遇到的青少年意外妊娠的问题，专门邀请上海市计划生育所胡晓宇所长作了关于《如何为青少年咨询》的专题讲座。

此次培训班，全市助产医院的76名妇幼保健人员参加，效果很好。通过培训，学员感到培训内容丰富而且实用，不但增强了自己的专业知识和技能水平，同时，在对孕产妇、青少年进行健康教育时，沟通和咨询的技巧十分必要，这方面的能力和意识也有很大的提高，对保健服务的提供能力建设有很大的帮助。

Training course on HEALTH EDUCATION SKILLS FOR MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH STAFFS

2—5 June 2008 Shanghai Women’s Health Care Institute

In order to improve the professional knowledge and skills of maternal and child health (MCH) staffs, and to increase the quality of provided services, Shanghai Women’s Institute organized a 3 and half day (2-5 June, 2008) training course.

This training programme invited renowned women’s health care expert – Prof. Hua Jiazeng, who presented New Requirements in Maternal Health Service; Dr. Zhu Liping focused on Health Education and Health Promotion, including related theoretical frameworks and their applying; Mr. Hu Xiaoyu, Director of Shanghai Family Planning Institution, lectured  How to Counsel Youth? to address the unwanted pregnancy among the youths; as well as Communication and Speaking Skills by Wang Di.

There were 76 participants from midwifery hospitals in Shanghai city. Through the feedback of this training course, it can be considered a successful training programme. Participants feel the content of the course is abundance and practical, they have not only gained in professional knowledge and skills, but also in communication and speaking skills, which is particularly important in counseling the pregnant and youths. In general, this training programme has achieved its goal – improve the overall capacity of the MCH staffs.
