中芯学校以成本增加为理由突然针对非中芯职工学生狂涨学费50%（英文班），并扬言如不愿交可以离开学校，有的是人要进，同时表示价格离上限还早。

SMIC School suddenly asking for 50% tuition fee increasing for English track classes and claimed very rudely that you can leave if you don't like it as the waiting list is long enough. They also suggested that the price is still way below the up limitation set by government.

根据国家规定，私立学校的学费是受控的，必须根据成本核算，并报教育局、物价局和财政局批准。据部分家长电话联系浦东新区物价局，学校未申请过该涨价，同时就算涨价也仅对新学生有效，原学生仍享受原学费。

According to government's regulation, even privite school's tuition fee is controlled by government and it must be determined based on the cost, and must got approval by local education bureau, finance bureau and pricing bureau. Few parents have already called pricing bureau and were told that SMIC hasn't applied for markup. The offical also said that even if there is a markup, that will only apply to new comer but won't apply to current students.

Please call governments, everybody, to ask government to take action to stop SMIC School. Call School's PTA as well.
