我和烘焙的“七年之痒”————烘焙虐我千百遍,我待烘焙如初恋#春天烘焙季#椰香蔓越莓玛芬 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>春日快手做蛋糕

 

    七年前,毕业前夕,我有幸看到了“CANDEY”前辈的博客,叹为观止~~~~也知道她竟然和我都是龙口人,而且住的还挺近,心向往之,于是一毕业就走上了“写食”的道路,也和烘焙结下了不解之缘,刚开始做博客极其热衷玩烤箱,那时几乎是每日一烤,可惜天道不酬勤,浪费的鸡蛋和面粉就别提了,但仍痴心不悔~~~想看我早期那些垃圾作品的估计要去以前的旧窝#春天烘焙季#椰香蔓越莓玛芬 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>春日快手做蛋糕

 

    如今多年以后,我的烘焙水平还在菜鸟级别,人家玩的什么翻糖,我碰都没碰过~~裱花,姐裱出来的不是花是寂寞#春天烘焙季#椰香蔓越莓玛芬 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>春日快手做蛋糕,我所谓的那些,也就是基础的,比新手还低级的戚风、面包、简易蛋糕,还有零难度的派~~~但是,我仍要高喊,笨手无罪,烘焙有理~~~我做的东西我自己吃着还可以,将来还可以给我家小妞做些无添加的健康零食,这就足够了我。

   既然没有天分~~在这条路上越走越远,我允许自己在原地~~~自娱自乐#春天烘焙季#椰香蔓越莓玛芬 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>春日快手做蛋糕……

 

 

椰香蔓越莓玛芬(快手蛋糕适合如今带娃的我#春天烘焙季#椰香蔓越莓玛芬 <wbr> <wbr> <wbr>春日快手做蛋糕

 

原料:鸡蛋2个、低筋面粉150克,玉米油50克、砂糖50克,泡打粉3克,盐2克,椰浆50克、蔓越莓干30克

做法
1、盆中打入鸡蛋,加入椰浆,倒入玉米油,放入砂糖用打蛋器搅打至乳化

2、低筋面粉、泡打粉、盐混合均匀过筛一次,二次过筛筛到搅打好的蛋液中
3、上下切拌至无干粉状态,加入切成丁的蔓越莓拌至均匀

4、将面糊分别放入放有纸模的玛芬模中,七分满即可
5、烤箱200度预热,烤箱中层15分钟左右

 

小贴士

1、椰浆不放的话,请换成等量的酸奶或牛奶或清水

2、做蛋糕少放点盐,可以突出甜味,俗话说“要想甜加点盐”

3、我直接放的蔓越莓干,有朗姆酒的话可以事先浸泡下,有特殊风味

4、没有蔓越莓可以放点葡萄干、杏干或其他果脯,或者不放做椰香玛芬或原味玛芬也好
