这样一次课程价格的馈赠让我又想起了发生在几个月以前的事情，说出来让更多的人了解事实的情况。

 

那还是在印度普那参加Iyengar大师90岁生日的日子，祖宾老师跟我说希望中国有更多的瑜伽练习者和爱好者能够参加梵克老师在悠季的Iyengar瑜伽培训课程。我实话实说，价格太贵了。希望祖宾老师能够帮助我们跟梵克老师反映这个情况。祖宾老师有些无能为力，拍拍我的肩膀说：Anna，我希望你能跟梵克老师直接说，因为你就是来自中国的，你最了解那里的情况，而我真得不好再说什么了？

 

祖宾老师这番话的背后肯定有什么隐情，其实不说我也能想到。来到中国北京两次的祖宾老师接触了大量的中国瑜伽练习者，他对中国瑜伽的现状以及瑜伽从业人员的现状其实非常了解。我如此热爱祖宾老师的原因除了他将我带入一个正确的瑜伽习练的道路，还有更重要的是我能从他的一言一行从他的眼神当中感受出对这些中国瑜伽爱好者真正的关心和热切的期望。上课时候的他非常严肃，甚至有些不近人情，可是平日里的他不是高高在上，而是和蔼可亲的，并且对大家的疾苦有着深深体谅和忧患意识。

 

返回北京后，2月份我给梵克老师写了一封长长地信，主题就是关于这次为期3年的Iyengar瑜伽培训课程（悠季称之为“辅助”瑜伽培训课程）的价格偏高，希望通过他的努力别让价格成为阻碍更多希望参加他的课程的瑜伽爱好者和练习者的门槛。

 

2个月后我收到了梵克老师的回信。期间，由于一直没有收到梵克老师的回信，祖宾老师询问事情的结果，催促我再写一封，他说你上一封写得太长了，这次写短一些。我理解祖宾老师的心情，可是我心里也有疑问，写得那么长还不是为了让梵克老师更多的了解中国瑜伽环境的现状呀，不管怎样他在忙，也应该看在我写的这么长的一封信上给我回复呀，哪怕是只言片语。我没在听从祖宾老师的要求。

 

梵克老师回信了，当然他向我解释了为什么这么晚回信，但是关于培训课程价格是否有变化，他也不确定，他只是说努力促成，作为一名瑜伽老师，他对价格这样的事情从不过问等等。并且邀请我参加北京的这两次中的任何一次培训，或者2次都行。关于这件事，是后话，稍后再提吧。

 

5月5日，在北京正式培训之前看到了悠季网站上关于联合馈赠的通知。我细算了一下，如果一次性付的话，能够节省近1万块钱，即使分期付的话，也能节省几千块钱。我知道这些钱对于那些经济上不是特别宽裕的人们来说也是一笔不小的节省呀！我把这件事情也告诉了祖宾老师，我们的努力没有白费。

 

虽然得到了梵克老师的邀请，我可以去参加他的课程，要知道是免费的呀。关于这件事情，我犹豫了很久，可能自己不想让别人觉得自己搞特殊话吧，这对那些交钱上课的人来说也不公平，何况我不喜欢也不认可悠季对于这样的培训课程宣传用词：“你想成为中国第一批认证辅助瑜伽老师吗？”又是”辅助瑜伽”！要知道“Iyengar瑜伽不是什么辅助瑜伽”，谈到辅助瑜伽的那些人是根本没有真正理解Iyengar瑜伽的内涵。我这个个性其实不太好，记得有个瑜伽朋友说我“宁为玉碎，勿为瓦全”。有时候也是因为这样的个性跟有些人相处不好。闲话少说，反正，挣扎犹豫过后，我没有去上梵克老师的培训课。

 

选择了梵克老师第二次培训课程的一天，到悠季拜访了老师。见到梵克老师，他也很亲切幽默，尤其是问道我为什么没有来上课。我含糊其辞，就是说考虑太多，怕这样不太好等等。梵克老师说你不应该有那么分别心，对他人不应该有太多的judgement(判断），应该多关注事情本身。听他那么一说，心里当时还真是有些后悔，要知道梵克老师跟随Iyengar大师那么多年，是非常资深的Iyengar老师呀，有一点为错过了老师的课程而感到的遗憾。不过很快，调整了情绪，事情既然已经这样，也谈不上什么后悔了。

 

跟梵克老师谈话唯一让我心里有些酸楚的是梵克老师不能真正理解我所提到的许多中国瑜伽老师的经济状况不尽人意的状况。他说他有一个法国朋友娶了一个中国太太，他向她询问价格是否太高，这位太太说不高不高，在中国有许多不知名的外籍老师短短几天课就会收上万元，三年的课程才收3万多元，根本不高。何况，悠季这么大的场馆，运营成本也非常高的。应该体谅到这些。最后降价的那部分钱有很大一部分是从他的讲课费中拿出来的。对于这些，我没在和梵克老师深聊，此时再说什么也不能改变他的看法了。

 

酸楚之一：梵克老师交往的中国人还是处在中国的相对富有的阶层，包括尹岩，如果他能够深入了解更多的普普通通的中国瑜伽教练的经济情况，他就不会这么想了。

酸楚之二：最后降价的那部分钱还是从梵克老师的讲课费中扣除的，悠季真得需要从这样的课程中赚取那么多利润吗？

 

不多说了，讲一些我所知道的事情真相。究竟这算不算“联手馈赠”呢？

 

那些怀念祖宾老师的瑜友们，要知道，虽然祖宾老师不能来中国再次与大家相聚，但是他从未忘记过大家，他希望能有更多的人能够参加IYengar瑜伽的课程走上真正的瑜伽习练道路！

First i'd like to introduce myself first.首先做一下自我介绍

 

I'm an Iyengar yoga student of Mr. Zubin Sir. The first time I met Zubin Sir was on Dec.2007 in his 5 days Iyengar workshop in Beijing. Before join his workshop I was been a yoga teacher in Beijing for 3 years, and also had my own yoga center in Beijing. And It is because of Iyengar yoga which Zubin sir introduced to China made me begin to have a true and deep understand what is yoga as well as what is asana. From then on I realized my yoga way before was absolutely wrong. Then in the early next year in 2008 I spent one month in Zubin Sir's Yoga center in Mumbai to study Iyeangar yoga with Zubin Sir. When I was back from India, I made my personal plan to practice following the Iyengar way, as well as I did some translated work of some articles and book of Iyengar yoga from English to Chinese. Now I have finished <yoga in action > into Chinese, and doing translating of <yoga, a gem for women> . There was a great change of me in both physical and mental, I think owning to Iyengar I'm on the right way to yoga.

我是一名曾经想祖宾老师学习过Iyengar瑜伽的中国学生。我第一次遇到祖宾老师是在2007年12月份他在北京一次5天的工作坊上。在参加他的瑜伽课程之前我已经在北京教了3年的瑜伽，同时拥有自己的瑜伽馆。但是就是因为通过祖宾老师教授的Iyengar瑜伽让我开始对瑜伽和体式的练习有了真正的理解。从那时开始，我意识到自己以前的瑜伽道路完全错误。在2008年1月在孟买祖宾老师的瑜伽教室里我渡过了1个月的时间，在那里我学习了Iyengar瑜伽。当我从印度返回之后，我按照Iyengar瑜伽的方式为自己设定了练习计划，同时我翻译一些Iyengar瑜伽方面的文章和书籍。现在我完成了《yoga in action>中文翻译，正在翻《yoga, a gem for women>.从那时起，无论是我的身体还是我的精神都发生了巨大的变化，我想这都应该归功于Iyengar瑜伽引领我走上了正确的瑜伽之路。

 

For the reason to be good yoga practice as well as a yoga teacher, I gave up my own yoga center on Sept.2008. I hope I can focus on my practice and study.

为了更好的做一个练习者和瑜伽老师，在2008年9月我放弃了我的瑜伽馆。我希望我可以更加专注我的习练和学习。

 

On Dec,2008 I took part in Guruji's 90th Birthday's celebration. I also saw you in the fuction.and then I had great honor to have intermediate class in the institute for two weeks.

This is my brief experience in Iyengar yoga study.

2008年12月份，我参加了Guruji90岁生日庆典活动。在那里我看见了您。之后我很荣幸的获得了参加学院为期2周的中级课程。

 

I thought you have some idea of the situation of yoga in China for the reason that  you have been to China and know some Chinese yoga praticer. You know Yoga is popular in China. More and more people want to get health from yoga and more and more people want to be yoga teacher. However the wrong understanding of yoga made these people can’t benefit from yoga, and  yoga become one of way just to been eared money. It’s pity. So the teacher like Zubin Sir and you teaching in China gave Chinese yoga practice a good chance to know what yoga is and what asana is. And good to see more and more people begin to know Iyengar yoga. In such situation, people have a desire to learn Iyengar yoga. You know there is no certificated Iyengar yoga teacher in China main land, and it is also difficult for Chinese to learn Iyengar yoga in Puna for language problem and other reason, so it is big problem for those who love Iyengar yoga.

 我想您已经来过中国，应该对于中国的瑜伽现状有所了解了。你知道瑜伽在中国越来越普及。越来越多的人们希望通过瑜伽获得健康，并且希望成为瑜伽老师。然而对于瑜伽错误的认识并没有让人们收益，瑜伽甚至成为一种赚钱的手段。这真的非常令人遗憾。向您和祖宾老师这样的瑜伽老师来到中国带给中国瑜伽习练者一个机会可以了解什么是瑜伽，什么是体式。很高兴能够看到更多的人们开始了解Iyeganr瑜伽。在这样的情形下，人们愿意学Iyengar瑜伽。你知道在中国大陆并没有合格的认证老师，对于中国人来说去普那学习IYengar瑜伽有着语言和其他方面的困难，所以对于那些热爱Iyengar瑜伽的人们来说这是一个问题。

 

Its good news that you lead a certificated Iyengar yoga teacher program in Beijing, people won’t need to go abroad like me to learn. It’s much convenient! However it’s a pity the tuition of your program is too expensive for those common people, who can afford this money is minority in China. I consulted the Yogi Yoga Center that for one session costs RMB8,800 and the whole program cost RMB 34,000. The reception of Yogi Yoga Center said the price was permitted by Guruji, and is reasonable because the teacher is you Mr. Biria who are famous and good experienced Iyengar yoga teacher. I don’t believe at all. I don’t want to criticize anyone, I just want to show you some facts that Iyengar yoga and your program are utilized by some people to earn money. And I believe it’s not your true willing! I gave you some example to let you understand how high the price is . The cost I spend in India for one month study in puna including the air ticket was just RMB10,000. And the average salary of yoga teacher in Beijing is less than 5,000,and normal expenditure in Beijing are more than 3,000 for one month. So if a yoga teacher wants to take part in one session, it will cost their saving for more than one year. Iyengar yoga is for common people, not just for rich people. You may not know the position of yogi yoga center in China which is high end clients, the price both for general classes and for training class are most expensive in China.

 

您这样一位资深的Iyengar老师来到中国教授为期3年的IYengar课程，这是一个好消息，人们不需要出国学习他们想要学的知识了。这太方便了。但是你这样一次培训课程的价格对于普通人来说非常昂贵，这不得不是一个遗憾，在中国只有很少一部分人可以负担的起这样的学费。我了解到1个阶段的课程是8800元，3年全部的课程费用是34000.关于这个价格悠季的接待告诉我说这个价格是Guruji批准的，之所以贵是因为您是一个资深的著名的Iyengar老师。我根本不相信这种说法。我不想批评谁，我只是想让您理解这个价格有多贵。我在印度普那一个月包括机票的总费用也仅仅10000元。北京瑜伽老师的平均月工资少于5000元，但是在北京月生活费成本不低于3000元，所以如果一个瑜伽老师想参加您的课程，这些要他们攒上1年多的积蓄。IYengar瑜伽应该是让更多普通人练习的瑜伽，而不仅仅是为了那些有钱人。你现在合作的瑜伽馆在中国的定位是高端客户，无论是普通会员课程还是培训课程在中国几乎是最贵的。

 

Zubin Sir know about such situation in China, he hope more and more people could take part in your program, so this is reason I write letter to you. If there is any possibility for you to argue the price with yogi yoga center, no more than RMB 20,000 for the program is much reasonable. It is just my suggestion. I had experience to operate yoga center, I know the cost. Even under such price the yogi yoga center also can earn a lot of money. Besides yogi yoga center, there are a lot of good yoga center which have a good condition I know they can do so follow this suggested price.

 

 祖宾老师了解中国瑜伽的现状，他希望能够有更多的人参加您的课程，这也是我为什么给你写信的原因。不知道是否有可能你和悠季瑜伽讨论降低价格，最好不要超过20000元，就我个人认为这个价格是合理的。这是我的建议。因为我运营过瑜伽馆，我知道培训的成本。即使这样的价格悠季瑜伽也可能赚到钱。我想除了悠季瑜伽以外，在北京有很多非常好的瑜伽馆可以提供这样的培训价格。

 

Anyway, it’s my good wishes to hope more people to have a chance to know the real

Yoga from some good Iyengar yoga teacher. Like you!

 不管如何，这是我的愿望，希望更多的人们有机会通过一些如您一样的好的IYengar老师学习真正的瑜伽。
