天空因为桃花—绚丽多彩

 

   我决定从今天开始，每天我都附上几句我当天英语学习的收获，特别是好词，好短语，好句子。

   在这里，我也倡议大家加入这个互相学习的接力赛吧：

   一来是为了把每天我们的收获都记录下来，让我们每个人每天都学有所成，学有所写，学有所悟；

   二来，我们也可以借助这个平台互相交流，互相沟通，互相监督，让我们每一个人都有新的收获。

   三来，学英语，我们一定要把它当作恋人来学，爱她不要多，每天一点点。

   四来，这样我们在英语学习的道路上才不会孤单寂寞，失落彷徨。

   五来，让大家切记：要成功，必须坚持！

   所以，我有了今天的这个想法，也算是一个创意吧，愿更多的人加入到这个行列中来，愿我们在英语学习的过程中，愿我们在人生路上共同分享，共同监督，共同进步。

我们很多人都喜欢吃牛排，或者曾经吃过牛排，那我们是否知道牛排有几种熟度呢，即使你知道，那你又知道它们的具体区别吗，即使你又知道，其实我最想问的是：你知道它们用英语怎么说吗，嘿嘿，我想不是每个人都知道了吧，哈哈！那就往下看呗：

 

通常点牛排，或是在高级一点的餐厅点牛肉汉堡，服务生都会这样问你：

How do you like it cooked? 回答的方式也有几种：

全熟是 well done，七分熟是medium well，

五分熟是medium，四分熟是medium rare，三分熟是 rare。

直观的理解牛排的熟度可以做如下解释。
Very rare steak：牛排内部为血红色而且温度不高。
三分熟牛排（rare）：牛排内部为血红色且内部各处保持一定温度（高于very rare steak）。
四分熟牛排（medium rare）：内部为桃红且带有相当热度。
五分熟牛排（medium）：牛排内部为粉红且夹杂着浅灰和综褐色，整个牛排都很烫。
七分熟牛排（medium well）：牛排内部主要为浅灰综褐色，夹杂着粉红色。
全熟牛排（well done）：牛排内部为褐色。

按温度划分
Very rare steak：120°
一分熟牛排（rare）：125°
三分熟牛排（medium rare）：130－135°
五分熟牛排（medium）：140－145°
七分熟牛排（medium well）：150－155°
全熟牛排（well done）：160°

按触觉划分（这个英文翻译比较困难，请大家自己理解哦）
Very rare steak：feels soft and squishy
一分熟牛排（rare）：soft to the touch
三分熟牛排（medium rare）：yields gently to the touch
五分熟牛排（medium）：yields only slightly to the touch, beginning to firm up
七分熟牛排（medium well）：firm to the touch
全熟牛排（well done）：hard to the touch
