pit-stop <wbr>stromboli

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons warm water (70F-80F)[3/4杯+2汤匙温水(70F-80F)]

  • 2 tablespoons warm milk (70F-80F)[2汤匙温水(70F-80F)]

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil[3汤匙橄榄油]

  • 3 cups bread flour[3杯高筋面粉]

  • 1 teaspoon salt[1茶匙盐]

  • ½ teaspoon sugar[1/2茶匙白糖]

  • 1- ½ teaspoon active dry yeast[1.5茶匙干酵母]

  • 2 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut into strips[2片马苏里拉奶酪,切条]

  • 2 slices colby-monterey jack cheese, cut into strips[2片科尔比-蒙特雷那 杰克奶酪,切条]

  • 2 slices provolone cheese, cut into strips[2片菠萝伏洛奶酪,切条]

  • 28 slices pepperoni[28片意大利辣香肠]

 

ingredient:

in bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.

Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed)

when cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.

Roll into a 16-inch x 10-inch rectangle.

Cover with plastic wrap; let rest for 10 minutes.

Arrange cheese strips and pepperoni evenly over dough to within ½ inch of edges.

Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.

Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Remove to a wire rack.

Cut into slices; serve warm.

在面包机的烤盘里,依材料顺序放入材料。选择“面团”程序。

程序进行5分钟后,察看一下情况,有必要的话加入1-2汤匙面粉或水。
