Tickets for the multi-state Power Ball game will cost two dollars starting January 15th. Some people say they won’t play as often, but lottery officials think they will still take in more money. The starting jackpot will be $40 million, instead of $20 million. Power Ball is the biggest of the various lottery games offered by states like Wisconsin. There are nine ways to win, including a three dollar prize for matching the Power Ball. The odds of winning will be better, but your chances are still just one in 175 million.
