我的美国婆婆对蒸汽火车相当痴迷，上周我们到密西根去探望她，她带我们去看当地的蒸汽火车展览，因我随身带着相机，每有火车轰隆隆经过，她必让我给火车拍照。今天全家又去了Cherry Crest 农场，我专门拍了两组蒸汽火车的录像，放在博客上，发表后，将把这个网址电邮给婆婆。

 

为了方便婆婆看火车录像和其它图片，杰明还在我博客里打入了英文介绍：

Hi, Mom. We visited Cherry Crest Farms today.  We have 2 wonderful videos of the Strasburg (Short Line) Railroad as the trains stop by the Farm.  All you have to do is to click the arrow in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.  This is from Anna's Chinese blog and you'll love it. 

 

This is the entrance to the Farm welcoming everybody inside. 

It's clean and family friendly.

 The original Conestoga Wagons were serviced on this property.  And the horse has real flowers growing all over it.

 Cherry Crest Farm is full of animals and this wheel encourages the person to make the various sounds of different animals

农场有许多动物，这个圈盘让游客转动，停下来时，按指示，鼓励游客表演各种动物的叫声

 This is a sleeping goat.  

Kikds loved to feed the goats at the farm as they are very friendly.

这只山羊在午休。孩子们喜欢给羊喂食，羊都很友好。

The right hand side of this picture shows a conveyor belt that the kids put food in and turn the wheel to bring the food up to the goats.  Both the kids and the goats were happy with this! 

右边的是食物输送带，孩子们将食物放进蓝色的小盒里，摇转轴将盒子运送到顶上，给等着吃食的山羊。孩子们和山羊都很喜欢在这儿玩。

 This was a baby goat last time we were here, but the kids and others have been giving him lots of food and he's bigger now.

上个月来时，这还只是个小羊羔，但很多孩子和大人给它食物，小羊羔已经长大了不少。

 These are 2 new baby goats that are sleeping.

这是两只新羊羔，正在睡觉呢。。。

 We enjoyed the Corn Maze as it is a huge maze.  The theme this year is to visit all the spots in Pennsylvania in 1 day.  There are slides, piles of hay and lots of things for the kids to enjoy while doing the maze.  They even had a special attraction for the Punxsutawney Ground Hog which the kids liked doing!

这个玉米迷宫相当大，今年的主题是“在一天内参观宾州”。

 The Amish Village. 

We didn't visit this time, but Cherry Crest Farm is in Amish Country.

 Short Line train tracks going through Cherry Crest Farm.  The tracks go right thru the park!  Cherry Crest Farm dates back to a land grant from William Penn

2-4 trains go by every hour while in the park!
