After a 2-month-vacancy here in this blog, I start again to write something here. It’s a shame that I broke my word and even have no chance to invite Viviya to write something here. That my being busy with work and other bagatelle is part of the reason but I don’t think it can be an excuse for me to stop thinking, writing and practicing English.
Maybe youth is the synonymy of levity. I am now considering my career and future seriously, though I am always telling to Viviya and my parents how bright my future in this field will be. I have no experience and no genius in UCD and website product design. What I can do is working harder and harder, but it still looks hard for me. There’s too much for me to learn and in such a small company, what I can do is not as much as I once thought.
The bottleneck in the development of Dianping.com is obvious. I’m sure the company will have a bright future, but not in the coming years. What I can learn here maybe not the very right in the whole industry and I have few chance to communicate with other successful companies which means we are just a local company and we have a long, long way to go.
But I’m young, I should accumulate as much experience and knowledge as I can in the first several years after my graduation. I have no time to waste.
With this point of view, I definitude that learning more is the most important for me. So the management consulting industry is a perfect choice for me. To get an offer of a consulting company, English is one of the most important hardware, especially business English.
Read and write all kinds of materials and information in English is one way improve my written and spoken English. So during the next period, 3 tasks should be added to my daily work: listening to CNN/BBC news, reading RW/W in Google Reader and writing blogs here.
It’s time for me to arrange my time again.
